It's called a premove. In online chess, you can make a move while your opponent is on turn and if that move is possible and legal, it will be executed on your turn with minimal time consumption.
Pre move in effect your making a guess what your opponent is gonna move and u make a move before it's used alot more in blitz and bullet for speed reasons

Rxh7 then white plays Ra8+, if the king takes the pawn then it’s a skewer of king and rook with Ra7+ and otherwise white queens
