If he is a convert from a different christian denomination he can stay married and become a priest. The church allows that.
If he is a pastor who convert from a different christian denomination then he is allowed to stay married and become a priest.
@@TLM2468 I read that some of the disciples were married. So this rule must have been carried on from the early Church. Thank you!
