For this song, you have to feel and know the pain of it to really pull it off. It’s why most other covers I’ve seen of this just don’t convince me. Jewel put a lot of raw emotion into this song so naturally the only way it works as a cover is the person covering it has to do the same. You convinced me. Jewel will always be bae to me lol.
