- No Airguns are used in IguanAdventures videos and all animals are caught live. Kid friendly video, but not 'made for kids'.
Iguana Solutions is a wildlife removal company in South Florida that specializes in difficult Iguana Removal. We catch about half of our iguanas live with a snare, hand catching, and use of our patented Iguana Box, an iguana trap.
In this episode you can watch giant orange dominate males battle for territory and for a few female iguanas watching nearby. Jessica hand catches a Spiny tail and many green iguanas with the snare. Join is for an iguana catching adventure in South Florida as we remove these destructive invasive species!

Jessica your point about the water running under your shields is correct, but if you start from the bottom up rather than top down and use a bander (it's a tool used to tighten bands around metal in installing metal around pipe insulation) and/or wire to tighten the top metal cover to the tree (or whatever) the wayer wouldn't run under the metal but over it? I got your back, what I'm telling you is from work experience in the past. Bottom up during installation and tighten the top piece of metal to the tree. The rain water then flows over the overlapping metal pieces and the larger iguanas can't breach your idea? It's your cake, I'm just suggesting a receipe for your cake! Jessica is very correct !

I like your style in catching the iguanas and how you approach filming plus education.
What's funny is that people who hunt them (I have no issues with hunting them) will inadvertently create evolutionary pressure. Iguanas that deviate from the normal activities that you catch them at will mate and create a subdivision of the population that will have altered behaviors. You are an evolutionary pressure on this species... Neat!
I agree!....ones that tend to dig instead of hang out in the trees like targets should survive😂 and so on. I often tell customers the large ones are hard to get because he didn't get that big being the dumb one😁

I remember that as a child I used to catch beautiful lizards with a thread of oats and the noose at the tip, then I tried with a fishing rod and they got scared, perhaps they understood the danger while this didn't happen with grass!

Ok I stand corrected again, that it's wasn't the iguana sution's idea, yet it's a good idea if implemented correctly as I suggested when I paused the video thinking it was your creation not implemented efficiently and I made my icing on the cake suggestion.... It's a good idea anyway if implemented correct... Either way, you're the boss and just offering support as a loving fan. Hey Jessica and Jeremy, with respect to your iguana shield, when you install them start from the bottom up to keep all lips, folds and overlaps pointing downward so the larger iguanas can't use those overlaps etc. to grasp and climb? I hope I turned the brain light bulbs on. Lol! I think what you have installed is great, but I just wanted to make your idea more effect with those iguanazilla monsters you know better than I will climb and hide... Just food for thought! Love what Jessica and what you do to keep us humans living in peace and keeping the fast breeding iguana population down in the areas you are welcomed. Much love ! Keep up the excellent work !

No matter how she ‘got you iguana’, she’s good at it. Some locations it seems like the air rifle would be a better and more humane option than the snare. But, I understand there are those customers who don’t want a cute lizard assassin wandering the landscape. Regardless, work hard and take care of each other.

Many people try this with no success. Mothballs are napthalene....related to the aromatic Benzene- know carcinogens. Id rather have iguanas
A concave disc, kind of like a dog wears around the neck to keep them from damaging stitches or other vetnary procedure . A similar disc device is attached to dock lines on ships to keep rats from getting on the ship. A simple metal or plastic disc around a tree would keep iguanas from damaging trees...
