And FYI, you can play music from to past in 2021 and FEEL something again! Mainstream American pop music sucks for sure but that ain't all there is. I recommend you use Last FM, type in the music genre you like and it will show you an endless list of groups creating music of the type you like most plus other genres the site thinks you might like.
