Exellent idea and workmanship. For me, when working with PVC plastic the main problem is the dust produced when sanding, and I can see you got your share. 😀 Keep up your good work and share more, thank you.
Outstanding work on that PVC tubing, and a very precise work with the cutter and sander, ANK. An alternative is using styrene sheets (more expensive than PVC, of course). I built even some hovercraft model using that kind of plastic, although I'm not so careful as you.
