I use Crayola pencils to highlight and underline in my Bibles. I love not worrying about bleed through. Thanks for sharing, it truly does inspire me to devote more time in the scriptures ❤️
You're so sweet, thank you for sharing what really works for you. I've been doing adult coloring & Bible journaling for years, and have the Crayola & Crazyart- love them both. I also have some very high end CP's, some Caran D'ache Pablos, Polychromos, Prisma's etc, & I also love them. They all work differently on different types of coloring books and colored pencils in my Bible are superior to the 'highlighters' that I used for years, often with bleed-through. Now I don't have to worry about markers drying out. Also love the Micron 05 fine line archival markers to write in my Bible. Lord Bless!
Hi Sherry, thanks for giving us another video, I use water colours, pencils, acrylic paints, anything I can find. By the way, I love your hairstyle. Blessings and love from Cheshire in the U K, Deb x
I use Crayola pencils and love them! I do have the Fantasia pencils and they are, nya..."ok," but I always go back to my old, trusty Crayola pencils. I am intrigued by your Castle pencils...so...I am going to look into buying those, too! TY, Sherry! I sure miss you when you aren't doing videos (I totally understand that you have a very busy life) and am elated to see some that are new to me! Blessings, dear lady! 💖💖💖
Great video Sherry. I use Prismacolor pencils, Fantasia I love for color background, also FaberCastell Genlatos for background but I do not apply water I just use dauber to apply and I stick with light colors and it feels great on bible pages. I use the back pages for testing to make sure so I do not cover God's word. Thanks again for all you do, God bless you and your family
Sherry wonderful video thank you for sharing. I’ve been looking at castle arts too. I started adult colouring this year really with books by Johanna Basford’ her books are beautiful and fun to colour. I use crayons 100 pencils too as well as ergo soft steadtler pencils.
I love my Crayola pencils. The church our boys go to Awana to is doing a secret sister for this year and the Pastor’s wife asked me if I wanted to participate. I told her I love doing stuff like that. My secret sister gave me a couple of coloring books and a set of erasable Crayola colored pencils and I love them. I’ve had my other set of Crayola pencils for over 20 years. Some are getting a little short but I still use them.
Thank you , Natalie!! ♥️ Some of the softer pencil brands suggest using a small, hand-held, manual sharpener. But I use the electric sharpener most often and have never experienced a problem.
Is there anyway you could post the scripture writing plan for the month here on RUclips? I’m not on Facebook anymore and I so miss following along with you.
Thank you for sharing! Could you do a video on how you make your cards? Would love to see that. I Crayon colored pencils too. ❤️❤️ have a blessed day 🙏🏻🙏🏻
Hi Sherry, the sound was really bad with this video. It would go so far down and out, you couldn't hear you at. Maybe as you moved. Do you have a mike? Or that you can add to your camera? That might make it better. I love your videos so very much!!! I have a huge tin with my colored pencils in it. I also have put together a Warrior Binder, that has scripture writing, reading list, section to pray for others etc. I love it so much and I got a new bible as well.
I noticed the sound is not great in this video. Not sure what happened with it. I will have to check into getting a small microphone to help with better sound quality. Thanks for sharing about the products you use!
I have quite a few videos where I show my artwork in the various journaling Bibles. I hope that will give you an idea about how the pencils perform. Thank you for watching and I hope you will check out some of the other videos. Blessings!
Your voice is quite soft and when turning around and away from the camera, you voice fades. I had to turn my volume up all the way. It might be helpful to invest in a cheap $5 - $10 clip on mic, I’m sure it would make a difference. 👍🏽

You sound like me! I try to use everything up! Glad you love the Crayolas like I do, friend.
Love the video!! Do you have a recommendation on a pencil sharper? It seems our pencil sharpeners always go out easy. And you look beautiful!

I would have liked to see the different pencils used so we can actually see how they look in the Bible and how much bleed there is
