Somewhat could only say "you're back" to someone they had already seen and knew left.
Somewhat never saw Neo or the Cat but did see team RWBJ leave through the door and spoke to them before they left. It only makes sense that one of RWBYJ returned. They named Somewhat, they are kind of important in Somewhat's existence.
Many fans theorize that it could be Summer Rose and Somewhat just mistook her for Ruby.
Perhaps jaune came back he seemed to have almost missed the ever after when he spoke of it in his episode
This was a good reaction and I hope we get more information on RWBY return.
Its was great to see SOMEWHAT again! ( it's just now hits me that he's wearing a red Cape like just like ruby !😊) its was nice seeing everybody at the everafter AFTER a year ( or two years , I forgot. ) . That ending , MAJOR CLIFFHANGER..!!😆
I wonder who Somewhat saw.
Since Ruby is the one narrating this story...maybe she's the one that Somewhat met at the portal?
