I'd not heard of Callum before, but the chart he wrote for this one, Cry Me A River, is one other great arrangers, (I'm thinking Neal Hefti in particular) would have appreciated. Is it at RUclips? Yes! Like the great arrangers who preceded him, Mr. Au knows how to work his way, with mounting tension -- which over almost five minutes of this recording, grows into a brilliant closing crescendo: You can hear the joy in the horns of these top-notch musicians as they deliver an arrangement they obviously love -- on an album which includes a few signature Sinatra songs like 'Angel Eyes' and 'The Best is Yet to Come.'
