This is the most slept on EV in the entire market. It has good range, good charging, good practicality, good technology, and good price. Why don’t they sell more? Hyundai sells a lot of their ugly Ioniq stuff. I just don’t get it.
I've seen some ariyas. It's going to be the best compact Japanese EV, but like the other options, they came a year or 2 too late. The ioniq 5 and the ioniq 6 sell well for a reason.
Idiots giving money to Hyundai after the KIA BOYZ fiasco is insanity people will never learn and be burned every time. Korean companies are notorious for skimping out in components. First exploding galaxy phones and cheaping out on immobilizer. They don't honor their warranties either. I'll stick with hybrid and ICE until solid-state batteries become the norm.
I would just lease for now. EV price will go down. I lease a 2024 Ariya Platinum+ e-4ORCE for $350 a month here in SoCal, including tax, with 12k miles a year for 24 months with 0 drive off signing. It’s the top of the line model!
We cancelled Tesla model Y and we bought Ariya because battery range 90KW 520km, feel like normal car controls, amazing car for the price we paid, easily could be branded as Infinity due it's quality.
I have a 24 two tone white Platinum+ e-4orce. The interior is better than my previous 21 Infiniti QX50 Sensory. You are absolutely right, this could have been an Infiniti.
i feel the same way i did exactly the same decision you did we purchase a tesla and was scheduled for delivery but ended up canceling it because of its build quality i love the tech of the tesla though but i guesss il just have to wait for the 2025 tesla model y juniper😊
They are cheaper to lease than other EVs. I just lease a 2024 Ariya Platinum+ e-4ORCE for $350 a month here in SoCal, including tax, with 12k miles a year for 24 months with 0 drive off signing. It’s the top of the line model! No other EV can beat that lease deal, except for the Leaf.
On the ambient dash lighting. It's not customizable because it also serves as an indicator for the ProPilot Assist system. When engaged, it will glow white when in normal adaptive cruise. It glow green while in hands-on mode (lane keeping + ACC). And it will turn blue when hands-free, eyes-on mode is engaged. (That's also why that attention monitor is atop the wheel.)
Nissan does some things right, My 2015 SL Altima had the led under lighting and not only was it super functional but also added elegance to the car (pearl white). I also like how their fog lights match position with the headlights.
Ariya owner: Charge times suck compared to Ioniq. Nissan gives a one-year free charging card to EVGO which sucks. They have very few in Colorado and they are either slow (most of the time) or out of order occasionally. Other car makers give 3 years free charge card to Electrify America which is pricey but fast. And since you have 3 free years price doesn't matter. The only car I've seen slower at charging is the Ford Mustang. The good: The Nissan Ariya is much nicer inside and out, and maybe it will last longer because it charges slower, only time will tell. One more thing that i dont have the information to compare, but it bugs me about the Ariya 2023, is that they put on cheap, standard car tires instead of EV rated tires. I went through the front tire in about 6 months and I dont spin the tires. It i am 6 out of 10 on take-off aggressiveness. Maybe others EV owners can comment on their tire longevity.
This vehicle is so underrated it's crazy. The range rated is 95% accurate to highway range, the charging curve stays at 90kw past 80%, crazy quiet and best interior by far. The only fault here is that this should have been an Infinity product. These are a steal on the used market!!
The Ariya is the first and only EV I've ever driven, and for the last 15 years, I've owned a Honda Fit, so a lot of the things that reviewers and those who change cars more often might have issues with are things I don't think about it notice at all. It's super quiet compared to my other car, accelerates as fast as Is ever need it to, and things like that. Right place, right time, and I bought my 2023 Ariya Evolve+ used with very low mileage. I guess people are turning in their leases now, and some people just don't drive very much. Good way to go if you'd rather buy that lease. For me, it's so comfortable and smooth, and that makes it fun to drive. It's an easy transition from a regular car, and feels super fancy if you've never driven anything with bells and whistles. I love the way it looks, and the interior lighting feels so cozy at night. I'm quite enamored by my Ariya, and I hope I'll still enjoy it for years to come.
The response time depends on the drive mode you're in, and is also affected by whether you're in a FWD or AWD. My e4orce AWD in Sport mode has honestly scared me quite a few times, it's so responsive and fast - immediate power. I came from a V6 sport sedan that always made me feel safe, knowing what was there when I tapped the gas, and this has gotten me out of dangerous highway situations FASTER than even that. It felt like I hit Rocket mode, not Sport mode.
I own Arya 2023 car is good, but the price is very high also you will not get any federal tax credit in that sense Nissan did very bad job for the customer...
Such a delay in delivery to the market and disappointing dated statistics like charging. This will be a good around town value and in another year or two with the employee lease returns that will about half that monthly price tag. 🤷🏻
Far too expensive with horrendous charging speeds and lackluster performance. If they'd work on charging and performance, it might warranty the price, and I'd be in it 100%.
It's beautiful live as well, always catches my eye when I see one. Has some amazing colours too, I don't usually like copper but on this one it's astonishing.

Hyundai is just better with EVs offers either equal or more range and are most stylish and oriented towards young adults and millennials
It's so rare, I've never seen one on the road. Which is sad, it's a nice car with good specs.

@@veitjacob9764I see it here in Oslo, Norway all the time
Nissan’s Ariya is a gem. Looking for acquire one in the future.
Me too🙏🏿

Like these night reviews!
Just got an Ariya 2 weeks ago. Love it so far. Got a great lease deal on it.

That's incredibly important information, thank you so much👍
I've always liked the Ariya, and they did such a good job with the lighting and design

We have this car , very nice and powerful car !😎👍🔥

I like the styling. Charging is reported slow. Range drops in hot/cold weather. Little pep in it's step.
i agree with you but the infotainment you want closer to you, I thought you said you like the space bcoz it gives you a minivan vibes 😅
Lease deals are supposedly good on these.
The luggage cover clips in behind the seats , that would stop you hearing it 😊
Too bad with the ride. But what happened to the new insulation they showed? Maybe they couldn´t put it in in time. 🤔
Pelican Bay! 🌴
I really like this car, but the lack of torque oomph is disappointing

Cool
Nice nissan

I hope the next Murano doesn’t have a CVT.
Me too, some spy shots indicate it could look a bit like this upfront. 😂
Far too expensive with horrendous charging speeds and lackluster performance. If they'd work on charging and performance, it might warranty the price, and I'd be in it 100%.
I would wait at least a year to work out the kinks
50,000 should be offering way more options
This is one of those cars that look really good online, but in person, it looks mid af.
It's beautiful live as well, always catches my eye when I see one. Has some amazing colours too, I don't usually like copper but on this one it's astonishing.
