Okay onto our suggestions for now, you may need to link the patients existing physitrack accounts instead of creating a new one if they already have them. You'll want to head to the patient profile and then under the physitrak tab select their profile from the "suggested patient profiles". Another possibility is that you'll want to double check that your staff member is added to the integration too for it to work.
