My heart sank when the lights turned on and I saw how many people were there and indeed how high up they were. Must be crazy to perform infront of such a big crowd… At the same time it also looks like such a beautiful and unique location to perform at! I would love to go to every one of her concerts, but everyday life and also money prevents that. xD I got to enjoy her concert last weekend in Amsterdam. If anyone has the chance to go to one of Auroras Concerts, I would advice you with all y heart to go for it. It‘s truly an unforgettable and beautiful experience. Much love from Switzerland!
It really is such a special venue - if you ever get to see one of your favourites there, the Albert Hall won't let you down - even high up the sound is great! Her Amsterdam date looked beautiful too!
I was in the grand tier box, you can see us when the camera pans around. The sound and acoustics are amazing there, best place in the hall and it all sounded amazing
This was great. Also very nice to see that she can still do that slide up at the intense part. Feels like it's been a while since she's incorporated that in her songs, not the easiest thing to do.
Yeah think it would be a cool little "giftbag" haha for her long time fans, if she played 1 of her older (and maybe lesser played) songs per concert. And it would be a different one every concert or two, and kept as a surprise. Or maybe it would have to be more, since they would actually have to find a bit of time to practice and "relearn" the song, in between traveling and having a concert every 1-3 days, even if it's a simple setup with only her and Fredrik and a static light.
"How does it feel to play in the Albert Hall?" And I said, "I really like that it's round. It's like... we're in a...soup." Later on she said "Thank you, soup!"
The cherry on the top of an Aurora concert is her "talks". Looked like a sell out venue. I hear a few subtle differences to her performance in Manchester.
I think there were a few last minute tickets but I couldn't see any gaps! Felt like they had really taken the time to accommodate the venue sounds and setup, such a treat... And agreed on her talks, always a delight!
