Hey Tim! Great to see you releasing content again, welcome back. Great job on this review and showcase video. That vintage Gillette you showed looks like a 1930’s “new” short comb. Looking forward to more content like this and welcome your new views on the wet shaving world 👍🏼

How do you like this razor 7 months later? My Eunoia just arrived this morning and I love the look and feel already. Can’t wait to go use it.

The Eunoia is a great with price to performance. Presentation is also a big plus. It still remains efficient and a good choice to this day. I have so many razors with varying price points that it’s difficult to choose which one to use daily, but both Flagship Razors have impressed me in the quality of the shave. The heads are also compatible with virtually every other razor handle on the market. So you have that added flexibility there.

This is actually my first “new” razor since I started wet shaving. My others are 1956 Flair Tip, 1960 Fatboy, 1966 Slim and 1970 Black Beauty.

It's a Muhle R89 head which match with the numbering being the same as Muhle.

Hi, great video. I’m trying to convince a buddy of mine to switch over to a safety razor and I was considering one of these three as a gift (due to to the presentation and cases). He’s currently a Dollar Shave Club guy. Is there one you would recommend that I give to him? Thanks!

    Here you go Tim.

My mid 1930s Common Bar Long Comb NEW type is identical to yours but for the fact that mine lost most of its gold plating long ago. The cap has no gold left at all, exposing the solid copper underneath. The brass guard still has its gold plating on the underside where the stamped Gillette markings are, and the handle has some gold in the knurling.
But the different metals and plating levels give it a kind of tricolor steampunk vibe that is cool on its own. This is one of the best shavers of the vintage Gillettes I have. I have a nearly new looking nickel plated British Gillette RFB that is better. Fits the Heritage case. Rarer too. But this one’s color scheme never fails to delight.

I love seeing downtown tulsa in your intro if going to flag ship products there going have to come down in price why would I pay more for unproven company when can buy a Parker for less who have been around for 70 years now if this product is 100 percent all American then I could see justification in purchasing there product
