At the age of 26, when he ascended to the throne, Sultan Suleiman aimed to build an empire more powerful than Alexander the Great and to render the Ottomans invincible. Throughout his 46-year reign, he became the greatest warrior and ruler of both East and West.
The young Suleiman received news of his succession to the throne during a hunting party in 1520. Unaware that he would be ruling a reign beyond his dreams, he left behind his wife son and took to the road with his close friend and companion Pargali Ibrahim to reach the Topkapi Palace in Istanbul. As they started their journey overland, an Ottoman ship set sail from Crimea in the Black Sea, bringing female slaves as gifts for the Ottoman palace… On this ship was Alexandra La Rossa, the daughter of a Ukrainian Orthodox minister, taken away from her family and sold to the Crimean palace. She had no idea that she would become Hurrem, wife of Sultan Suleiman and mother of princes, ruling the empire with him through bloodshed and intrigue.
As Sultan Suleiman conquered the world, his great passion for Hurrem would clash with his love for and trust in his closest friend and advisor, Grand Vizier Pargali Ibrahim, all set against the backdrop of the tension between Christian Europe and the Ottoman Empire in the 16th century.

Would have been really interesting to see Firuze again in this scene.
Bayezid speaking with the Tamashp really shows how awful he is at actual diplomacy. The ruler gave him a feast, offered him protection, with a bit more sweet words, he might have convinced Tamashp to lend him the Persian army against Suleiman.
The thing Is he doesn't wanted to do a rebellion against his father sulaiman but wanted to kill his brother salim but silly him knowing that staying with an enemy means all the help and support from his father sulaiman is gone now even the execution orders of him was announced by sultan sulaiman so the best thing would be to accept the shah deals
@Ali-ry9tv Then he's an even bigger idiot, because killing Selim is already an act of rebellion. If he's going to kill Selim then he might as well have gone all out against Suleiman too.
Even Hurrem would been furius with Byazids actions she never tought he do something like this and if she knew she herself would have destryed him with her owne hands as Suliman was everything to her
finally we can see the great enemy of sultan sulaiman, shah tahmasb😍 his face remind me of prince mustafa
For some reasons Shah Tahmasb reminds me of Prince Mustafa. 🤣
Me too😂
SULTAN BAYEZIED III TRUE LION, u should have united and take the throne ur right
He'd make for an awful sultan.
You're so wrong. He's way too impulsive, emotional and hot headed to be a good sultan. Maybe with age he would've calmed down but I don't think so. However, seeking shelter with the Persians was a deadly mistake. If Bayezid had any hope of forgiveness, it went out the window with that move.
The worst Sultan in history was and all ways will be selim ii the drunk even history witness that
Oh Beyazid, you shouldn't have done that
