    My breathing pattern is fine until tired.
    Blood gas tests, when I wake up slightly lower than normal. By tea time my blood oxygen gas test is low.

      If you have untrained you're breathing pattern from anxiety or a chest infection or something it's to help retrain normal breathing pattern, having a feeling of hunger for air all the time is the main reason
