Make sure that you could successfully do the "setup sources" part. When you do "sudo apt update" you should see something like "packages.ros.org" and no error below
May I request something? Can you make tutorial video about using ROS in raspbian OS please? Or it's better for me to get another PC like jetson nano, lattepanda, etc instead of raspberry pi for using ROS program?

@@letsthink7664 I don't know how I solved it, I tried uninstalling all the files and reinstalling them following the tutorial little by little and it worked. I am using Ubuntu 22.04 LTS

make sure you use ubuntu 22.04, i thought I had 22.04, but accidentally used 20.04. it installs fine in 22.04

No, ROS2 Humble is only available for Ubuntu 22.04
On Ubuntu 20.04 you'd have to install ROS2 Foxy
