depends on how many stars you use but id say 4 stars for a smallers wrist so about 100 and the beads used to connect so id say a safe 125 beads for every more star you use add 25 beads so 4 stars = 125, 5 = 150, 6=175 ect.

This can easily be modified just remove the stars you don't need.
