you must be joking. go ask how many foreigners (China, Singapore, Japan, Taiwan, Korea etc) regretted buying properties in a Johor. 1. Currency RM depreciation 2. Almost No rental markets as over supply 3. Conditions of houses condo estates in bad maintenance state 4. Crime of robberies, burglaries of landed houses frequently reported 5. You buy house 10 years ago in Johor vs you buy house 10 years ago in say China or US you have super returns in China and US while in Johor your may even have a depreciated value in your houses. I know some foreigners are selling their Johor properties at below their purchase price. 6. Malaysia poilitical situation is going to get messy , and more messy . Look how many parties factions are "fighting" to have power. Many China Chinese now regretted being "lured" by the ads and a lot are stucked with no rental income at all (over supply). 7. Look at Johor Legoland . What happened to them. 8. Even Singapore peter lim mega Iskandar AutoSports Project mooted more than 10 years ago any news ? Think project no more. Only 2 people understand Malaysia well : Malaysians and Singaporeans. The rest, from China , HK , Taiwan they are so ignorant.

新加坡普通一個打工族的薪金是馬來西亞人的3倍多。
馬來西亞的物價消費也不見得低。
