Dragapolt can be ran with Timid if you want good Special coverage with max EV's in Special Attack and Speed so you can use moves like Dragon Pulse and Shadow Ball alonge with Thunderbolt and Flamethrower. Expert Belt helps it match common Pokemon by hitting them for extra damage off super effective. Or if you want the best Special Attack user Eternatus with a Life Orb and full Special Attack and Speed let it really hit hard with Dynamax Cannon and Flamethrower. Your team idea is good but if you want to see some mighty Special Attack users this idea is good for coverage.

@@sawk1875 between the two, Zacain is by far better; its typing is far better, and its ability is far more relevant. I am playing shield myself, and it's blatantly obvious just how inferior zamazenta is to zacian in an attacking role.
Just want to mention that the best team I found for singles is the Tough Team (Mimikyu Rotom/Oven Dragapult) using Swords Dance on first turn then dynamaxing and following up with Play Rough completely wrecks pretty much anything while Rotom covers any Steel types the CPU might throw at you. I've a 50+ win streak with this team haven't lost at all 👍
Hey Ace, I’m that guy who met you at COST over the summer. I was wearing the yellow Persona shirt and glasses lol. Just wanted to say it’s great to see another upload and wanna thank you for taking that photo with me! I’ll be checking out your Twitch when you’re live. Thanks again!
When I saw the rain team it honestly gave me a great idea for a sun team. It's not perfect but it's lots of fun. This one is D-Max Zard with Solar Power paired with Torkoal, Bellosom, Snorlax, Dragapult, and Galarian Weezing. Torkoal has Drought so he sets the sun. He runs his usual Yawn+ Protect Strategy with Heat Wave, Bellosom carries Strength Sap with Quiver Dance, Moon Blast, and Giga Drain. Snorlax is Curse+ Recycle with High Horsepower and Double-Edge(can be substituted for Body Slam or Facade). Dragapult has Dragon Darts, Draco Meteor, U-turn, and T-Wave to support other pokemon. Galarian Weezing supports with Defog to get rid of hazards and enemy's evasion. Pain Split to heal and heal teammates, Strange Beam, and Sludge bomb for Dual stab. Charizard is interesting because I run Mystical Fire, Hurricane, Weather Ball, and Solar Beam. It works great and when D-maxed he can set his own sun with the fire max move. Max Overgrowth can heal everyone else every turn and powers up Bellosom. Max Airstream is fantastic since it boosts Charizard's speed and it's partner's speed. It's not a perfect team but it is alot of fun and I get alot of wins with it. Of course in doubles there's not alot of hazards but Defog helps with moves with Shakey accuracy like Hurricane to hit more.
@@xyannail4678 I gave the full sets except Torkoal. I have Sunny Day but honestly it can be changed for Earth Power for coverage against other fire types that switch in expecting Heatwave. Torkoal has Drought, Zard is Solar Power, Bellosom is Chlorophyll, Snorlax has Thick Fat, Weezing has Levitate but honestly any of it's abilities will be fine. I didn't want neutralizing gas because I don't want to shut off Drought and Chlorophyll. Dragapult has Infiltrator with a White Herb to ignore negative status drops like Draco Meteor but you could run Clear Body to avoid Intimidates too and Sticky Web.
@@xyannail4678 You're welcome, make whatever adjustments you need to if you see fit to. It works great for me and might do well for you. For the Battle Tower you will get lots of wins for sure.
Just use Rental Team #1 and Dragon Dance + Sweep with Haxorus Earthquake/Outrage (Works 99% of the time). Can't be more easier. Remember that Singles & Doubles give same BP reward so rather save time.
I also like the rain team for farming because not many of the teams in the Battle Tower are great against rain. It's interesting how you go with Pelipper + Barrascuda / Ludicolo + Seismitoad. I haven't really thought of bringing Seismitoad myself. I usually go with Raichu + Barrascuda as a lead. One of my favorite things about Raichu is using Encore to make slower mons sitting ducks. I always make sure to Encore Ferrothorn into status moves because rain teams are usually weak to Ferrothorn, so Raichu is usually important for that matchup. This team overall is nice because you don't necessarily rely on the rain set up, so I'm pretty much okay with Raichu + Barrascuda as a lead. You can boost Raichu's special attack with Max Ooze, and you can also Encore slower mons into Electric-type moves to keep Barrascuda safe and take advantage of Lightnningrod. Raichu holding the Bright Powder also makes things slightly easier by making accuracies 90% of the usual, and I'm usually not a huge fan of using 90% accuracy mives in general, so it makes Raichu even more annoying to deal with. It's great Fake Out support and also hs access to Feint to break protects.
I think they did us good on these rental teams and how easy it is to get into competitive. It's like MTG in that respect, I never recommend new players to buy intro packs or planeswalker decks because you really don't learn much and you tend to just lose, which is discouraging. I like that with these you can play with the meta a bit get used to things one would expect from competitive, and ultimately learn when its a good time to dynamax.
I tend to use raichu and wait until the npc casts protect then just encore that pokemon and forget the npc wont swap them out so it becomes a 1v2 for a few turns while the bot spams protect
Another good choice is salamence with moxie. Just dynamax and use max airwind which gives a speed boost (you’ll always kill there Pokémon with one hit) and than moxie gives an attack bonus for every Pokémon that it faints. You’ll beat EVERYONE. turn off battle animations and make text speed to fast and you’ll be good.
Gmax chi strike and Max Knuckle push Zacians Offense through the roof (ez sweep). The only two lines of thought you need in your head at any time is how to deal with focus sash and protect users.
I use Eternatus, Modest and Hyper Trained with max EVs in Sp.Attack and Speed, holding a Life Orb. Moves are Flamethrower, Shadow Ball, Sludge Bomb, and Dynamax Cannon. This thing kills pretty much everything in the Battle Tower. If he dies, have two pokemon that can sweep (Gyarados, Ditto, etc.)
i used the tough team in singles to bp farm until i prepared my own pokemon, i use duraladon G-max with thunderbolt+ flash cannon+dragon pulse+ dark pulse holding assault vest (modest nature, assault vest for safety tactic since status moves dont apply here), then i have a jolly dracovish holding choice scarf and spam his signature move repeatedly (my primary pokemon) with strong jaw ability, and then my zacian (adamant) with sacred sword, swords dance, behemoth blade and crunch (i dont use crunch often, i should probably replace it soon...) and this almost always gets me through battles easily in singles. anytime dracovish faints duraladon seems to be more than enough to back up losing him as long as i Gigantamax him, he sweeps a lot of the pokemon i encounter and has very good move type versitility. usually dravovish's exclusive move is plenty to wipe the other teams completely and most times when he faints they end up on the last pokemon with low or half health making it very easy for duraladon or zacian to take the win... i max iv'd all three of these and put the EVs to the complimentary stats for them. zacian is a bit incomplete on EVs but they arent all over the place now at least from just playing the game lol...
All you have to do is get a Gyarados with the Moxie ability and give it a Life Orb. Teach it Dragon Dance, Waterfall, Bounce and Earthquake. When the battle starts use Dragon Dance. On the second turn Dynamax and use Max Geyser. It sets rain which boosts water attacks. You can literally k.o anyone with Max Geyser. Oh and make sure you EV train it's Attack (252), Speed (252), Defense (4). I just swept the whole battle tower doing this.
I used mimiku in the tough team. Its ability gives you a free turn to swords dance. Next turn, dynamax and attack. I tried this and swept Leon with only mimiku, and I one shot his Pokemon
Peli-skewda is MONSTEROUS. I always start with dyna-skewda turn 1 and either use max knuckle to sweep with skewda or ferrothorn, or max ooz to sweep with peliper or a switched in raichu.
Use pelipper+raichu. Thunder and hurricane are 100% accurate AND stab. You don’t even have to worry about pelippers 4x Electric weakness with raichu’s lightning rod ability
I actually find that going through and just smashing in singles is about as fast as this. Send out one strong sweeper (I usually just use Falinks) and then 1 shot pretty much all of their team.
I used Duraladon, Gyarados, Grimmsnarl, and in doubles, Falinks. Set up screens, then swap to a sweeper. I swept the entire battle tower with that team, no issue.
Great video! I used to hate Pelipper but completely forgot they make it rain! I am more of a single battle person when it comes to the battle tower. Having Zacian (holding the rusty sword) can usually sweep everyone after at least one use of Swords Dance and at least 8 PP for Close Combat.
Skill Team > Singles > Gyarados > Swords Dance 1-2x > Dynamax > Win. I've won 50 out of 52 battles with it alone, got fried against electric attacks though lol. You should compare which would be the fastest, in doubles you still have to go though the text of 4 attack descriptions and all.
You really seemed to love Bayonetta 1 and 2. Would you consider playing some of Platinum Games's other stuff, namely Nier Automata or Vanquish? I think you'll find them quite interesting. Or maybe some of the other stuff that portions of their team worked on, like Resident Evil 4.
Man, you speak the truth. Smash is now pushing a second battle pass and they haven't even paid enough attention to the online to ensure it functions like a fighting game needs to. I can just not support that type of greed. Spend a little of the Mario money and get your network into the 21st century.
Darn was hoping you’d cover BP farming for post-max rank. Maybe someone in the comments can help me out. Good strat though! I used in game team with rain and went pretty much undefeated up to max in singles and dubs For anyone who’s maxed their battle tower rank is there anything else to maximize BP farming, or are you limited to just the 2BP/battle once you hit max rank?
I just use speed and brute force and they just get rekt lmao. Just Dragapult, Cinderace or Raboot because I love the two like crazy, and Indeedee. I bp farm on singles since it's easier for points in my own useage.
@@slash-dz4rk Because it's effective against more types that way such as grass and anything that can be hit for ×4 with it, and it's a sustaining move that keeps your Pokémon alive to continue sweeping

🦀🦀🦀Acestar is here!🦀🦀🦀
Hey, just discovered your channel - and I’ve just subscribed!
Hope you upload more on RUclips too my g 😁
Hey do you think people can still have fun and win battles without EV training?
Probably not in ranked battles
I use Gigalith and Reuniclus in doubles. Set up trick room and start wrecking house with rock slide and earthquake
Max fighting on barracuda doesnt lower its defenses, and boosts attack
That rain team is OP af
Oh my god it's ace its ace its ace, I missed you so much
Love the new intro and can you do some Wi-Fi battle?
CPUs man. Pain Spliting a opponent and damaging the same opponent at the same time, Wow.
I used in game team with rain and went pretty much undefeated up to max in
singles and dubs
For anyone who’s maxed their battle tower rank is there anything else to maximize BP farming, or are you limited to just the 2BP/battle once you hit max rank?
I just use speed and brute force and they just get rekt lmao. Just Dragapult, Cinderace or Raboot because I love the two like crazy, and Indeedee. I bp farm on singles since it's easier for points in my own useage.
Thanks, Ace
For singles I usually just send out an adamant Mimikyu with a lum berry with moves: Play Rough, Swords Dance, Shadow Sneak, Leech Life
Why leech life over wood hammer or shadow claw? I dont use mimiku that much
@@slash-dz4rk Because it's effective against more types that way such as grass and anything that can be hit for ×4 with it, and it's a sustaining move that keeps your Pokémon alive to continue sweeping
You should make it a rental team tbh.
scarf dracovish, zacian and a dragapult just in case
Ace where have you been
