Hate when tech tree tanks get Nerf because the fan boys don’t like them. Tech tree tanks are for everyone, everyone can grind them. OP reward tanks supplied to cheaters mainly don’t get nerfed. Also with the RNG in the game I’ve seen tier 10 games finish in 3 minute wipeouts. In fact that’s a lot more common now with the disparity in the MM.
all by design, spend money and you will suddenly win more games, i havent spent a single dime 40 matches a day only 7 victories being a pure free to play. Real money tanks that are FAR stronger than tech tree tanks, people need to stop playing this game.

Three out of four WoT tankers say no one understands statistics. Remember that rather soon the E-25 came out it was so broken that WG removed it from the game. Wargaming said it would never see the light of day again. A couple of years later it appeared in the Premium Shop in the same OP broken state. That caused Sir Foch to quit WoT the first time. It may have been nerfed but it is still OP. Just watching this video it is obvious it has great gun handling soft stats and is a virtual machine gun.
The EBR was in the city square and apparently was sniped. An EBR in the middle of the city is doing the team no good whatsoever. That's probably why the comment in chat was made.
You forgot to mention all the players who use good heavies and will never have trouble against a triangle I like to quickly relocate and force new angles in medium tanks and save hp to spring attacks with in my heavies also trying to force bounces from the start of the game stay busy stay deadly and use camouflage for hunting not hiding
We used to.... back in the day... use a platoon of 3 E25's. We would wait about 30 seconds at cap, to let the enemy team disperse. Then we would push straight to the Arty, and I am died them. Back then arty was known to one shot any tank. So it was important to kill them asap.
The e25 is good but not the best it’s expected to spot in high tier situations I can’t believe people don’t understand this they need to add this into the tank description as a spotter/td same thing goes for hellcat and a few medium tanks need their roles updated this is a bit issue in the MM same with big old support td’s need to be /heavies so these guys don’t have to read between the lines it’s too much to fathom using a triangle as a heavy or a spotter, I look around at the team and realize what my job is every game but most players are not as perceptive as they should be and Wargaming doesn’t know how dumb half of us are
i dont about that it has always sucked and there was time when you would get 9 heavy's on 1 team and 1 heavy on the other and if your on heavy map it would be a 3 min role over if your on fast map the heavys would get capped out this was back in 2017 and b4 when they started changing the mm the first time they kinda matched tank types so it was worse from the min i started playing in a real game in tier 1 there was 1 or 2 guys in every game with 50k + games 1/2 the time red 1/2 the time green what the hell would a player with 50k game be playing a guys with 1 game thats about the dumbest thing ever
My E-25 is setup for stealth and vision, I regularly have games where my spot/assist damage far outweighs my actual damage. As long as the other team doesn't have and Even 90 or a suiciding EBR, I'm out-spotting everything on both teams and remaining invisible. It's just evil on many levels and I think the first premium I ever bought long ago before it was removed from the store and wasn't considered broken at the time.

The E25 had preferential matchmaking as part of its description along with its "stats" when you purchased it(back in the day). So WG is violating that description/purchase by changing the matchmaking. Or is just for new purchases that the change has been made?
I don't want Wargaming to nerf OP tech tree tanks because it gives free to play players something to grind for, if anything keep buffing tech tree tanks to compete with premiums, I'm done with this game for now unless WG change the MM from +-2MM to +-1MM, the game is unplayable from tier 6 upwards and I don't want to seal club around low tiers just to enjoy the game
Seriously, stop crying. The issue isn't the game but you. From my top 10 most played tanks (2300WN8/56%WR, 8.17 average tier), only 3 are premiums. Most premium tanks are trash anyway and aren't much better than most tech tree tanks.

I recently bought the Ho Ri 3 based on YT videos.... I have the ChiTo SP and it's one of my favorite brawler. But the T10 is much more difficult to play; many of its shots disappear (if you have an IS7 you will understand), and it's definitely not a brawler of other T10s. Furthermore, it doesn't do as much dmg as other tds, like the 268 that I also have. So no, I don't think it will be nerf'd.
that's why i don't play my E-25 much anymore it's alway a tier 7&8 match i couldn't tell you the last time i was top tier in my E-25, the only good thing is it don't see tier 9.
Long time watcher of Claus but I play console. Over there in Cold War Era 2 there is a little cockroach Weisel premium that has broken play at that level. 89kph with 20mm chain gun that shreds everything
I am painfully bringing up different national trees at once so progress is slow especially with getting your ass kicked much of the time. Do you recommend a strategy for getting up the trees? Should I just do one at a time? I wish I could keep a winning team intact for an evening of play

I have never felt that the Ho-Ri was OP but perhaps like you said that is because the average joe isn't very good with it. Even so the 268v4 has a higher requirement to ace which would imply the extremes on the 268v4 are higher and I don't think they intend on nerfing that any time soon. The Ho-Ri does have the indicator that Marking it is currently a little higher than the 268v4 so a small nerf could happen but at the end of the day its not exactly game breaking.
Sorry but I have to call BS, wargaming absolutely nerf premium tanks and they do it all the time, ask anyone who bought the type 59 back in the day, a few months after it's release, it got needed hard because platoons of type 59's were running around the battlefield, owning it, we would wolfpack the enemy and rip apart any tanks we came across, bouncing shots from enemy tanks and dodging shots like a boss, months later that all stopped, couldn't bounce a single shot and the tanks speed got reduced, when the Lowe got released, it was boss tier armour, a couple of months down the line, not so much, they do this with every premium, they make it an excellent tank, once they have sold enough, it gets nerfed.

Between crap matchmaking, rng, secret soft stats and certain country-bias in tank lines, this game is so broken. There's a reason it has to be FTP at its core. I see a time when, if there is no concerted effort on the part of the devs to fix what's REALLY wrong with this game, that only the Product Evangelists (CCs) will have any incentive to play it.

The Fun of WoT is, make the impossible happen😂 Being a german, drive mostly german Techtree and keep your winrate above 50%, additionel difficulty level don't touch your sowjet Pixel-Tanks, on Expert-Difficulty you use shiny new Tanks for the first time, when the honeymoon period is over and most others Tankers knew your weakspots 🎉😂😂😂
Hey Claus - Your 'discussion' videos are much appreciated as they often include lots of useful nuggets of knowledge. Plus, there's usually a decent game as a backdrop, so there's that. Yup, the Ho-Ri is living on borrowed time, so I won't even attempt the grind. I learned my lesson with the WT. I'll continue to live with the former of 'pay me now' (real $$ for a new OP Tier VIII right now) vs 'pay me later' (long hours of crappy games before getting the good stuff, which will then be quickly nerfed). At least buying the OP Tier VIII means WG will eventually be forced to modify the entire game, thus making it very democratic as everyone suffers.
E25 went out before 3-5-7.... you were quite often at T8 games. But T8 from then is like Tier 7.5 today. No Borats and BZs, SU130 and so on. Btw. my grandma has better viewrange than su-152.
This game used to good and fun to play. Now with rigged MM, BS RNG and inconsistent spotting mechanism it's just tedious and annoying. Anyone who thinks "skill" plays much of a role in game outcomes is a fool. WG can program algorithms any way they like and we would never know.
to answer the question is simple: is it a tech tree tank? then yes, is it a new tech tree tank? then after a few weeks when everyone wasted resources grinding it and then have the rug pulled under them. is it a premium tank? then no, they will never nerf premium tanks because the game is pay to win there easy answers
Is it fun to play? Then it will be nerfed. Though there has been some very mean nerfs, the most cruel nerf , imo, was the very popular Hellcat a few years back. Guilt ridden, WG then introduces the Super Hellcat. What? Piss poor compensation for players who invested time and effort in the original Hellcat. Probably WG should ensure they get it right when a vehicle is introduced into the game, so it does not have to be nerfed. With all the vehicles in WOT it is hard to believe WG cannot get it right first time! 😋

Of all the tanks they should nerf, the Cobra is one of them. It's disgusting pen & quick clip emptying is disgusting. Had 2 Cobra's jump an IS-7 full health, IS-7 got 1 shot off, 3 seconds 4 seconds later dead. Sorry, that's just an absolute joke of a tank. And it's designed for people to throw money at the game with the heavy reliance on premium ammo. It's so massively over powered in it's ability to empty its clip its a joke. And the fact it's a T9 medium & people say, well the Char Futur 4 is great medium auto loader as well. But is it? 4 shots in a clip that you have to wait 4 seconds to fire each shot before a lengthy reload lol It might as well be a T7 for how effective it would be against a Cobra.
Nerfed? Wot nerfed all tanks that can be played by normal player. Unicom player or great players can always make the best of playing good/normal tanks and they set the height on the winrate bar. Why nerf? all tanks that is shit they can buff insted.
I don't have it and I'm not planning to get it because it's destiny is the same as for all other op tanks introduced in this game after several months they all got nerfed, this one will be the same... Well actually I don't invest time and money in any tank wargaming introduce in game anymore because they all have exactly the same destiny and it is to be nerfed and become pure garbage as game itself is this days....
Lesson learned today is: EBR should keep moving fast otherwise they'll get shoot at like in the first game. The second game taught us about the nerfing of the E-25... You'll just meet fewer easier tier 6 targets... And most likely underpen, bounce shoots, hit screens and miss the shoots you take on tier 8 targets... Your ammo resupply bill will be larger and the Russian math calculator will cost you credits in spades...

I watch the so-called pro and the only difference I see is that he bounces more shots and pens more, because of his open wallet, period. But one has to wonder how many of them are jaded, because of the bs bounces and no pens in this game and hides so that can last at least 2-3 minutes into this abomination before the mandatory 5 minute loss or win. specially love the arty shot that pen a fast tank moving at 60 plus km when chosen to win, but miss or cause zero damage when tediously aims forever, in a game prechosen to lose. or the poor design of a too fast tank that spots slow enemy tank that barely moved from its starting spot. Sadly, one can see right through this game, so claiming that someone is a Pro, or a potato based on their stats is futile. saying I'm a better driver because I out raced Fittipaldi in his Trabant with my Bugatti, is stupid.

E25 kill rate is 2nd behind Chi-To which you should put as the next tank that will get nerfed. Since both are in top 5 most played tanks at tier 7.

I have 63% camo rating in my e25 and 40+ while moving. The e25 excellent camo rating makes this a deadly sniper.

I have stalled a couple of tech tree lines at Tier 6 for that reason. A stock Tier 6 versus Tier 8 premiums just isn't that much fun.

Yup. That Ho Ri game was a stomp fest. More strategy in the second game, but all good.
Wargaming will balance OP tanks right after the OP tanks increase the balance of their checking accounts.

This game used to good and fun to play. Now with rigged MM, BS RNG and inconsistent spotting mechanism it's just tedious and annoying. Anyone who thinks "skill" plays much of a role in game outcomes is a fool. WG can program algorithms any way they like and we would never know.
to answer the question is simple:
is it a tech tree tank? then yes, is it a new tech tree tank? then after a few weeks when everyone wasted resources grinding it and then have the rug pulled under them.
is it a premium tank? then no, they will never nerf premium tanks because the game is pay to win

Is it fun to play? Then it will be nerfed. Though there has been some very mean nerfs, the most cruel nerf , imo, was the very popular Hellcat a few years back. Guilt ridden, WG then introduces the Super Hellcat. What? Piss poor compensation for players who invested time and effort in the original Hellcat. Probably WG should ensure they get it right when a vehicle is introduced into the game, so it does not have to be nerfed. With all the vehicles in WOT it is hard to believe WG cannot get it right first time! 😋

i love my E-25 and yes i have noticed the tweeks and the fact of the newer tanks have lowered the e-25 proficiency but it is still a great tank
its an over powered tank that never got nerfed, it just looks like its been nerfed because there are even stronger real money tanks now like bz 176
the hori isint even op all the times i have faced it it was easy to fight it its a beast but its not tank taht needs a nerf and its very good beast when played correctly

Of all the tanks they should nerf, the Cobra is one of them. It's disgusting pen & quick clip emptying is disgusting. Had 2 Cobra's jump an IS-7 full health, IS-7 got 1 shot off, 3 seconds 4 seconds later dead. Sorry, that's just an absolute joke of a tank. And it's designed for people to throw money at the game with the heavy reliance on premium ammo.
It's so massively over powered in it's ability to empty its clip its a joke. And the fact it's a T9 medium & people say, well the Char Futur 4 is great medium auto loader as well. But is it? 4 shots in a clip that you have to wait 4 seconds to fire each shot before a lengthy reload lol It might as well be a T7 for how effective it would be against a Cobra.
Sure they will nerf all the tanks that will make them money or that has make them money.... now you need the buy a new one and pay for it..

Nerfed? Wot nerfed all tanks that can be played by normal player. Unicom player or great players can always make the best of playing good/normal tanks and they set the height on the winrate bar.

Well actually I don't invest time and money in any tank wargaming introduce in game anymore because they all have exactly the same destiny and it is to be nerfed and become pure garbage as game itself is this days....
Lesson learned today is: EBR should keep moving fast otherwise they'll get shoot at like in the first game.
The second game taught us about the nerfing of the E-25... You'll just meet fewer easier tier 6 targets...
And most likely underpen, bounce shoots, hit screens and miss the shoots you take on tier 8 targets...

I watch the so-called pro and the only difference I see is that he bounces more shots and pens more, because of his open wallet, period. Ranking players in this game only shows how much one spent on this game. yeah, there are a few potatoes and tourists. But one has to wonder how many of them are jaded, because of the bs bounces and no pens in this game and hides so that can last at least 2-3 minutes into this abomination before the mandatory 5 minute loss or win.
specially love the arty shot that pen a fast tank moving at 60 plus km when chosen to win, but miss or cause zero damage when tediously aims forever, in a game prechosen to lose. or the poor design of a too fast tank that spots slow enemy tank that barely moved from its starting spot. Sadly, one can see right through this game, so claiming that someone is a Pro, or a potato based on their stats is futile. saying I'm a better driver because I out raced Fittipaldi in his Trabant with my Bugatti, is stupid.
