Thats alot of money for single bedroom flat thats connected to the main house.you could get better for a much lower price.

1:20 that cap is to minimise the effect weather has on the door, sun and rain.

For Cape Town during peak season, that property is worth the price. Also, you're in the Blouberg area with the beach and views of TM, so it is a desirable quiet location.

Love the video! You might want to consider coming to Kigali. More secure, lots of opportunities for skilled people, and the real estate is affordable, more affordable in fact.

The owner was more interested in air BNB rentals than providing value

$823 = R14k per month. Fine for short term but not for long-term lease.

The Airbnb is a portion of the house not the entire house, he was basically renting a room in that house.

Capetown must be stopped theres no reason to make everything expensive to this extreme coz of tourists while workers cant even rent there to b closer to their work place. there must b a balance I understand the business side but when only 1 group of people is always winning its sad thats y i will always prefare joburg or durban over Capetown
