Very nice but classic mistake to misplace the tv because of a fireplace. Misguided pretentious sensibilities do not override real use. So many luxury houses where they forever have to look up at a small tv despite having paid millions, sometimes tens of millions for their house.

You don’t live in a luxurious house, you watch videos of them. But you feel the need to latch on to one thing that will somehow raise up to the level of the owner of this house. Look in the mirror, is it too high?

You can tell this house was designed back in 2021 because it already looks dated inside imo……I love the floor plan but something looks “off” about some of the styling and materiality choices. Having said all that, it looks like an absolutely beautiful family home. The great room just looks so wrong all the lighting fixtures and that grey fireplace wall… Not aesthetically pleasing to my eyes.

Great feedback! That's actually something we try to accomplish with every project... design specifically for the people who will live there. You might notice all of our projects look different from one to the other. Thanks for watching!

It doesn’t appear dated at all. I wonder if you design for a living? 😂
