The Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor, which is also known as MOSFET, MOS-FET, or MOS FET. The MOSFET (Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor) transistor is a semiconductor device that is widely used for switching purposes and for the amplification of electronic signals in electronic devices. I just wanted to know that in mosfets ,how do we give power to the gate pin,in order to complete the curcuit so that the current bypasses the diode and lights the bulb. I also wanted to know about how we connect the gate pin in curcuit.

for that first you have to identify is the mos. is N-ch or p- ch…for n-ch you have to provide some +ve voltage by any physical switch which can be connect by the positive side of battery by a resistance…
