    The Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor, which is also known as MOSFET, MOS-FET, or MOS FET. The MOSFET (Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor) transistor is a semiconductor device that is widely used for switching purposes and for the amplification of electronic signals in electronic devices. It is a type of Transistor used for amplifying or switching electronic signals. this is very important electronic component in today's world. it is used every were like Computer Motherboard, Laptop Motherboard, Motor control circuit, power control device, Micro controllers circuit, SMPS etc. in many areas it is used.
    A metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor (MOSFET, MOS-FET, or MOS FET) is a field-effect transistor (FET with an insulated gate) where the voltage determines the conductivity of the device. It is used for switching or amplifying signals. The ability to change conductivity with the amount of applied voltage can be used for amplifying or switching electronic signals. MOSFETs are now even more common than BJTs (bipolar junction transistors) in digital and analog circuits.

    I just wanted to know that in mosfets ,how do we give power to the gate pin,in order to complete the curcuit so that the current bypasses the diode and lights the bulb. I also wanted to know about how we connect the gate pin in curcuit.

      for that first you have to identify is the mos. is N-ch or p- ch…for n-ch you have to provide some +ve voltage by any physical switch which can be connect by the positive side of battery by a resistance…
