I almost cried because I remember that when I was younger I had a panic attack, I never had a panic attack before and i got into an argument with my dad before, so I was lonely in my bedroom going through it at like 11, but you did a great job !! ❤️

If ever you’re having an attack, or see someone having one and don’t have access to one of these lovely little videos… Try listing in your head, or out loud - 5 things you see - 4 things you hear - 3 things you feel - 2 things you smell - 1 thing you taste The order of the senses doesn’t matter. So it’s okay if you can’t memorize the order. It’s just supposed to change your focus.
Using this to keep me from flaring up again I spent the last 40 minutes trying to come down for a panic attack it only just started going away I'm glad this was the reason for my calming down
Hi there, Hyacinth Thank you for your video I watch your videos since winter or spring, I guess, and I watched many of them with the topic of panic attacks. Mostly to relax from anxiety and rest. I didn’t think that I would actually need to use those videos by their’s actual topic, but… Yesterday I couldn’t fall asleep for long-long time, being seized with fear and guilt that couldn’t let me breathe normally or stop crying It’s a good thing that this video has several attempts to normalise breathing, because when I tried first time, I didn’t succeeded at all, but after some time, when you returned to that exercises, it became easier That helped a lot and after some time (when I turned on some of your sleep aids), I could fall asleep Now I am in some kind of a similar condition, maybe a little better one since I am able to write this message, so… I will do the same thing as yesterday as I know it helps Thank you a lot
I didn’t have a panic attack while listening to this, but I got really scared. My door popped open and no one was there. I am also a heavy believer in ghosts so this really scared me. This calmed me down a lot. Again it wasn’t a panic attack but it helped a lot ❤❤
