God, this is truly incredible...I thought he was talented doing the industrial goth rock but this is such a breath of fresh air...pure sonicsphere bliss, man ...feels like ethereal nuwave goth pop, just beautiful! I am totally blown away~~
The transition from synthpop to darker EBM would be more fluid, with Game Over, Let's Be Happy or Wait still sounding synthpop, All Day and Everyday Is Halloween moving into darker territories while still retaining some synthpop elements, and finally Move, The Nature Of Love and He's Angry which fully adopting a murky EBM aesthetics, though not being as heavy and violent as Twitch! Very interesting musical trip!
I know Uncle Al hates this period -- but I still love it. Al's 'worst' music is still better most of his competitors crowning achievments. The man is a genius, and while I love every incarnation he's done -- his early darkwave/nu wave is the stuff that really takes me back and gets to me. My carefree gothy club kid days... sigh... And this song is freaking gorgeous.
@Hussein Abdulmalik Honestly, I agree with you. More melodic and intricate and atmospheric. Contrast it with the drek he's put out since Dark Side of the Spoon and there's no comparison.
That is the Ministry I have missed. I just see it's unreleased classic track.but still, glad to hear it. This freaks me out how much the space music has my skin shudder.
Fuking hell I love this old skool Ministry!! While I do like the older stuff, some of the newer stuff is ok. To put it in perspective, Twitch is my most favorite album. However, the more I hear With Sympathy, it's hard not love the early stuff.
easily the best truly "unreleased" song on the box. my highlights of the box: game is over, fish in cold water, supernaut dub, self annoyed. I see red. While I'm grateful cleo didn't use noise reduction on this stuff honestly the extreme treble is somewhat fatiguing on the ears - not that Rykodisc did any better when they owned the 1980-1991 wax trax era material
I've been listening to ministry a lot more than most of the artists that exist. Uncle Al fucking Jourgensen is helped so much, especially when I'm not doing my best. I also usually mess around about how annoyed I was growing up by new wave music but now in days, its 100 times better than the autotune bullshit of today's music which they don't make the music like they use to. Btw, anyone else glad there is a resurgence for industrial metal? I know I am.
Al had a beautiful voice in the early ministry years of the early 80's. Age and drugs and living a hardcore life like Al has his entire life will destroy his voice, but hey he's making a living still off his post synth stuff. Personally i love it all ,even the industrial thrash metal, but if given a choice this New Wave era was my favorite Ministry
NOW HEAR THIS! from now on, anytime someone mentions ministry, i will insist they listen old era ministry, believing that mow that i have heard old ministry, without listening to both you will have heard ministry, like, if you haven't pink Floyd before dark side of the moon, you haven't heard pink Floyd or young gg allin for that matter, you want to watch the evolution of an artist occur, I am loving this.
This is now my favorite Ministry song.
THIS IS MINISTRY!!!!!!!!!!!
Yes!!!
I miss the early 80's Uncle Al. I'd dig to hear a one more 80's album. Way better then the new era Al. Just my opinion.
👍👍👍
His zenith was Halloween and With Sympathy. The last good Ministry that I bought was The Mind Is A Terrible Thing To Taste.
@@williammcbride550Try Dark side of the Spoon
The real ministry
definitely one of the biggest jewels in that damn wax box
The Best one.... in my opinion
WHY WAS THIS NEVER RELEASED?!! ITS AWESOME
CB Caldwell FOR REAL
it's better than anything that he has released in 20 years.
Right? What a great dance club song this would have been.
Their best song!! Definitely!
It was..buy the box set
God, this is truly incredible...I thought he was talented doing the industrial goth rock but this is such a breath of fresh air...pure sonicsphere bliss, man ...feels like ethereal nuwave goth pop, just beautiful! I am totally blown away~~
hells yeah
Never knew where it would lead back then either.... Al and Stevo..The SHOCKTwins!@@THE-ERADICATOR
Al denounces this era! For the world of me I do not know why? I do have some insight on it,but....@@THE-ERADICATOR
I’m sure Al would disagree, but his pre-Twitch work is amazing.
Feels like there enough material floating about for two Ministry albums to be retroactively released to go between 'With Sympathy' and 'Twich'.
I’m thinking the same thing
Right?!
this definitely shouldve been on an album
I always avoided Ministry's really early stuff, but I've been listening today and I'm digging what I hear.
Nostalgia. Such magic and nievite in early darkwave, such as has never been truly recreated.
Where's this song been all my life. Repeated listens, still cant get enough.
This song is so good. Never gets old. Great sax solo too.
🖤
@@CleopatraRecords Made my day!!!
Al should be proud of all his work :C
oh my gosh! this is good. And the sax...
🖤
That sax at the end is absolutely sublime!

@@lizhorvet1543 👍👍👍
Probably one of the only sax solos in the history of music that perfectly suits this awesome anthem.
gorgeous. splashes of sound and emotion. rain-damp streets and heartbreak.
i cant get over how the sax comes in at the end and makes the whole thing better
This is great!!!! It's like hearing a song from Ministry's second album if Al would have kept going in the same music direction!!! Awesome!
+Manny Espinoza This song is better then anything on With Sympathy and i love that album!
reminds me of Killing Joke circa Brighter than a thousand suns
Yeah, I can see that.
Nice. Great observation!
Incredibly spot on, actually.
Such a great record too. A Southern Sky is always in my head.
That is the Ministry I have missed. I just see it's unreleased classic track.but still, glad to hear it. This freaks me out how much the space music has my skin shudder.
Such a great song!!!
Hugo Said Such Passion!

I definitely preferred 80s Ministry
the lyrics are depressing but my heart is fluttering... something about this has aged wonderfully. this is my all-time favorite Ministry song for sure
Love this stuff... can't deny it Uncle Al.
Love this song! Such a masterpiece!!
this song is just so well-constructed
True Chameleon. What an amazing , yet unsurprisingly good tune from this restless creative soul.
Damn, this is good.
Yes it is....
I love this thé music and thé New wave of thé 80's living underground till thé end rachid ❤❤❤❤

EASY !!!!
Self annoyed is THE FUKKIN SHIT !
This is a hit that never was. Uniquely Ministry and on point as far a well written synth pop goes.
I wish there was a final version of this with better production

Brilliant song!!! LOVE early Al Jourgensen!
great lyrics too
Sax part is great !!!
**goosebumps** such a gorgeous song 🖤
This is SO DAMNED GOOD!!
the Sax on this, yes maam
Seeing the evolution of Ministry and Al Jourgenson from '81 til present day is EVERYTHING!🖤🤘#Legend
Awesome song! Can't wait to hear the rest!
Why didn’t he release these Trax box songs originally? They sound brilliant!
the soundtrack our lives... rock n roll yeah
DARKWAVE AWESOME
better era than all after 86th far-far-far better
Absolutely brilliant!!!
didn't know this Ministry song existed ~ killer song! Sounds pretty contemporary from my ears.
if only we listened
Huge uncle al fan. Box set was worth it!
SURE IS
Such a great tune 🤠
Great stuff.
I love early 80's Ministry through Psalm69.
Jay E Hernandez lmao... yeah. Pretty much.
Like old stuff better but they still make some good stuff.
The feels! This song is such a vibe 🖤🤌🖤
Cool song!
AWESOME ! THANKS SO MUCH FOR UPLOAD THIS!
THIS!!! I needed this!
this would have been great on an episode of miami vice.
Goosies.. love ministry
La evolucion de ministry siempre suena kol el ALIEN sabe hacer bien su trabajo👍saludos desde 🇵🇦
I would have played this to fucking death if I had this song in 84, just like I did With Sympathy
Sick bass intro
Fantastic music en song.
This one reminds me of Bowie.
I like it!!!
Good song
The 80s are here to stay
great
i love modern ministry but i haven't ever sat down one morning and gone through one by one all the current songs, this is like a drug,
🌟 End Of The World As We Know It .
Game Over For Real.
Trust Nothing.
They (well then it was more than just 'He') were very good in synthpop, this is just another proof of it. Should had been on with sympathy!
Jaysus, this is a demo?
♡♡♡
What is he saying at the end that repeats?
Why this song is not on "Land of rape and honey"??? Why???
Lorah wants to sound like this
Is that Uncle Al singing this ?😆

Montagraph.
Killing joke?
I don't why this song reminds me of scarface lol.
This could've been a soundtrack.
Sounds like early killing joke stuff.
Al would be upset, but he looks like Johnny Depp here
Great ministry track here?sounds a little like killing joke, well sort of?CHEMICHAEL.M.ALIEN.T.EELS SNIDE SQUALLISS?5/4/666?
Wish Al had gone with this direction instead of being a speed metal wannabe.
I totally agree!!
Pretty much metal paid and pays his bills. And i agree with many out there, he's pretty much a metal poser.
you folks weren't there when mind was released were you
