I have used a rebounder in the past. As a young gymnast, I frankly loved anything that would fling me in the air. After a life of dancing, gymnastics, running, cycling, skydiving, white water rafting- (yes I am an introvert, adrenaline junkie): I can boost only two minor injuries. One was a badly sprained ankle doing a front flip off a rebounder, the other was a broken arm from a bicycle accident. I had a trampoline growing up (back in the 70s this was quite the novelty) and rebounding is one of those things that looks like nothing, but can be quite to heart beating workout. I think this is a great idea for you. Hope you have a wonderful Sunday.

I've said this before, but I'm so grateful for your dermatology advice. When I try products you recommended, I generally don't have issues with my acne or rosacea. When I venture elsewhere in skincare, my face burns or breaks out or does other unpleasant things. I also wear way more sunscreen now. Thank you for your willingness to share science-based skincare advice.

Hi! I love rebounding. I have been doing this for years. I am older than you (56). I have been a runner since high school cross country, but the knees are really feeling it anymore. Anyway, I have been through many rebounders, and my fave is the Cellerciser. I also love Bellicon for the feel, but the bungees wear out and need replaced. The Cellerciser is an animal... the springs last forever. I used to buy any mini-trampoline.. then sprained an ankle. My Cellerciser never wear unevenly. I used to follow routines on RUclips, but now, I just turn on music with a good beat, and do my own thing. Enjoy! ...and stay safe... and well. (those dresses are adorable on you!)

I feel in these times its important to take some time and do things that make us happy.
Until the lock down in our country I would fast walk more than three time a week for more than half an hour this lockdown made a breakdown in this aspect and i feel that after loosing close to 20kg and being 49 this is truely hard . Watching you inspires me to try harder. Thank you , love you and bless you for helping us to pass these hard times❤️❤️❤️❤️😘

Rebounder is supposed to be good for lymphatic drainage. I actually jump in place 100 times every day before I do anything.

I've used a rebounder for about 6 years. I can't run/jog anymore and get a fantastic HIIT workout on the rebounder instead. It's surprisingly effective. I love it!

Been using a rebounder for years! Buy a rebounder with bungee cords, not springs. Springs are noisy and very hard on your knees. It’s also very quiet. Great for cleaning out your lymph system. Tanny raw on the tube, has a playlist on its benefits. Enjoy!!!

I love my pets and always have but these days I've come to appreciated them so much more. They are keeping me sane during the stay at home order that has just passed the 3 week mark for us. The info about L'Oreal's animal free product testing is such good news! I use some of their makeup and CeraVe skincare. Love the rebounder! What a great way to get in your workout in a small space. :) I'm an old timer that loves Leslie Sansone power walking videos. Why is sunscreen so expensive? Why is it often sold in such small fluid ounce sizes, when we are supposed to use an ounce per full body applications multiple times a day? Do the ingredients and formulations warrant such a high price point?

Kamika Hicks I’ve heard that the Purito Centella green level unscented sunscreen has no white cast! I’m not for sure tho i ordered it but haven’t tried it yet

I really like etude house fluid sunscreen, the one in the green bottle. It's great for oily skin because it doesn't leave a greasy film or makes me break out.
Rebounders are so great for your lymphatic system and working every muscle in your body. I have a Bella con but sadly I was in a car accident and broke my kneecap in two places five years ago and I can’t use it without pain now.

What rebounder workouts do you like?
They still have people who do pump your gas in Jersey, which is really great because it does give people a job and some income, like you said. Although, I don't know if they're still working through all of this or if they've been taken away and you have to pump your own gas now.

I purchased a Garito rebounder on Amazon for about $75. It seems really sturdy and easy to set up. When it's not in use, I put a large round dog bed, that I covered in some pretty material, on top of it. It makes great extra seating! Thank you for entertaining us during these strange days.

Rebounding is great for bone density. But as a physical therapist and Pilates instructor it’s not ideal or recommended for any one with any pelvic floor weakness. Meaning if you leak when you cough or sneeze. Or have a pelvic floor prolapse it’s a no! It can make both worse

When putting it together one section of the metal ring didn't have holes for the silver buttons to click into. Do you remember if yours was like that? I'm afraid alot is due to genetics. And, I missed out on that! The Drs. legs are fabulous, yes!
My mom used to always use full service at one of our locally owned stations. You'd drive over a cable and the bell would ring, the attendant would come out, you'd pop your hood and while they had the pump in the gas tank, they'd check your wiper fluid, the oil, and tire pressure and top off if necessary.

Dr dray, how do you feel about the ordinary glycolic acid toner?
Did the rebounder have a strong smell? I would like to buy one but I am somewhat chemically sensitive and allergic to latex.
That oatmeal looked super dry, to each their own, but add soy/almond whatever alternative milk so it won't be so dry, then also about a tablespoon brown sugar or maple syrup. I have never tried tahini tho! And definitely gonna purchase and try that 1 out, it would be nice to cut back on sugar

I have LLP causing a receding hairline and my dermatologist said there is a connection between sunscreens and this condition. She said it used to be rare but now isn’t very rare at all. I used to be religious about sunscreen. Now I’m not sure what to do. Since I quit using sunscreen I definitely see more sun damage. Is it the nano particles in the sunscreen that causes it or the actual chemicals? I’m so confused. If you could do a segment about this condition and frontal fibrosing alopecia I would be so thankful.
