You're funny. I like how you present how everything is supposed to go, how you think it will go, and then how it actually goes, which are all different. 😁
"I'm going to have a little bit more of that ice cream" "Not more than half the cup" -- finishes the cup -- Yeah that sounds like how my diet is going as well.
That is a really nice room, you're right it is like an apartment. Amazing how you can convert the cost of everything in you head to many different currencies.
Honestly even when this isn’t the main focus of the channel, I think that you’re doing a much better job than dedicated travel vloggers haha. Enjoy your stay!
@@maricz4 - my wife is Filipina, we have lived in Costa Rica for 7 yrs, she learned Spanish very rapidly because more than 6000 words in Tagalog are directly from the several hundred years of Spanish rule - the humorous part is that they spell the words differently but pronounce them perfectly - they spell Spanish words with English phonetics - if I had met her and learned Tagalog before I learned Spanish, maybe I would have had less of a gringo accent - LOL
What a interesting country.. would love to visit but I think I will wait with the hope the country will moderate more. The people seem so kind and welcoming
You should have gotten the Al Baik spicy chicken/spicy chicken nuggets. That is what they are famous for. The normal ones arent that special. Glad you like it tho
@@shaxxs hi there! Yeah we our language have similar origins but used differently. “Ingat” means care or to take care or keep safe while “lagi” in the context I used it is always. Together it means take care always, stay safe or be safe even.
@Kym Illman Quick story, the battle between laclair and verstappen was what actually drew me into F1 and 2019 and Austria I believe. And now to watch them battle it out again this whole year hopefully is so exciting and I appreciate you command I appreciate you commenting on my comment it's nice to know that you saw what I wrote Cheers From a American F1 fan
And im sure being very underpaid. Just like what I've seen (Im from San Diego, California) personally in places like Singapore, Hong Kong and even Philippines as "domestic helpers". $100 usd a month is way underpaid and only Sundays off...to me it seems like modern day slavery.
What do you think about Stefano Domenicali suggesting there could be as many as 30 races a year? Seems impossible to me. The cost cap would absolutely have to be raised... a bunch.
Great to see you on another one of your travel videos! You always put up such well put together content and it's fun to see things from your perspective. Anyway, thank for the great video and keep safe my friend! PEACE!
Do you prefer having a rental car in every location? Since you're usually just going between a few locations and working a lot, I would think you'd want to go with taxi or driver services. Aren't you scared at getting into a wreck or ticket in these exotic countries, or having to not get lost in a different city every week? You're a brave man behind the wheel.
These photographers sometimes leave the paddock REALLLLLYYY late when you normally wouldn't be able to get taxis and also at times you have a lot of time to kill between sessions and often the tracks are in the middle of nowhere. Renting a car is always the best way to go if you're doing a job anywhere and want the freedom to move around.
How do these high end flights prepare these nice looking meals? Some of your videos sound like there’s a full restaurant in the background. Just curious because I know weight is a big factor in airlines.
Hi Kym. I've been subscribed from last year. love your content.one question. I can't see the join button to join membership? any idea what I'm doing wrong? only see subscribe. Much support from Namibia. Keep up the good work.
If Calan Williams makes it to F1, then you can legitimately say you knew him before he got famous.
He got P4 today in the race
"I'm actually on a diet"
Proceeds to eat fried chicken, fried prawns and finally ice cream.🤣🤣
It must be some sort of American diet.
As a saudi, I'm finally glad u tasted al baik, one of the tastiest and best value meals u can have.
"I'm actually on a diet" - you had me on the floor then hehe :) Al Baik is awesome, I am in Melbourne and I Miss The taste

Kumusta Kym? Ingat lagi!
Filipino fan here!
Wow, the 'ingat lagi' is also used in Bahasa (Indonesia), it means more or less 'remember again', is that also what it means in Tagalog?
