ASAP, please please please give us a good honest review of the ship regarding what it offers or doesn't have to offer as well as your likes and dislikes. I am literally holding off from booking MSC for an upcoming Seascape cruise just because of several negative video reviews mentioning that MSC cruises have "bland food", unhelpful and possibly rude staff, being quite disorganized and chaotic, as well as lack of good entertainment. Also the continuous ship announcements have been said to be annoyingly excessive, long and in many languages. Please comment your experience as soon as possible. I'm Hoping you can change my mind and that the MSC Seascape is nothing but wonderful and that MSC has re-tooled itself to prepare for serving US passengers out of Miami. Please send us more videos asap! Have a great 17 day cruise and let us know everything!
The short answer is that this is better than other MSC cruises we've been on. We are pleasantly surprised! We will have a full tour and review in the next few days. The ship is beautiful!
I’m in the sam boat, I want to try MSC but the negative reviews as the ones you mentioned and people getting charged extra and them not refunding money for months…I look forward to their honest review because I’m looking to sail in June out of Miami on the Seascape.
Been booked for June on this ship in Yatch Club. My last 4 cruises has been on MSC ships and the experience has been fantastic. 2 from Miami and 2 from Europe. Can't wait forthis one!! Regards from Puerto Rico.
I feel like most of those reviews are from people who are used to flashy American cruises like Carnival . 👀👀 an overload of junk food , wanting to be catered to every moment … just silly . So , I’ve found way more positive reviews than negative . It is an Italian cruise line and with that said …the service is ..Italian . You may not get overly ingratiating service . Just “here your stuff.” I just take those negative reviews with a grain of salt . But if you are into flash and over indulgences than this may not be the ship for you . I’d give it a try …only you will know . The ship looks fantastic .
Thank you for the video, it encouraged us to bring our Xbox too! I have a question: we purchased the 3 device browse+stream internet package, but when we connect the Xbox to the wifi, it takes us to the authentication page, we log in, but we don’t have te option to start the wifi session, it just says “please wait”. How did you guys connect to the wifi? We are afraid to ask the cruise staff as we don’t know if it is allowed to have an Xbox on board. Thank you for your help in advance!❤️

We´ll be on this ships voyage 6 night Caribbean on January 2nd. We've cruised before on Celebrity (which we love), Holland America (amazing food) as well as Princess, Royal and Carnival. We have high hopes for MSC being our first time and a relatively maiden voyage.

Did you know before you boarded the ship, where the bed would be located? Do you or anyone else know how to determine from the deck plan if beds will be by the bathroom or by the balcony? Do you arrange your flights and transportation to the port. We are older and wondered how difficult it is to get from airport to ship with Uber or similar. Enjoy all of your videos.
Ours does not pull out to a bed. There are a few rooms on our deck that do, deck 11, but I don't think they are putting just 2 people in the rooms with sofa beds.
This might but a super random question but is your cabin port or starboard? We got a room and I want to be near the balcony I sleep on the right side of the bed 😂
It isn't easy but can be done. Each wifi package is locked to a device, so I have the series S on wifi from my Android phone hotspot. You can play games that require internet, but you can't stream Netflix or anything like that. So make sure your phones hotspot works with airplane mode on and you should be fine. (We don't have sim cards in our phones right now, so we aren't in airplane mode). Other passengers who had US sim cards were in airplane mode and reported their hotspots wouldn't work, but ours do.
@@GroundedLifeCruises if you logout of your device, can you login with another? Or is it locked to a mac address to prevent using different devices one at a time?

Can MSC provide extension cords? Both my husband and I use a CPAP machine and I'm guessing whoever sleeps the furthest from the plug will need one.

We haven't tried it but in the tv sources there is an option to mirror a device so I'd say it is possible.

We can't remember the actual cabin number, but we were almost all the way to the back on the port side.

We got the Bella, and there is some video of the teens area at the end of our ship tour. The kids area is being used and we couldn't video.

In our room a 10 foot cord would be enough with room to spare!
