    Thanks for the video. Can I ask your height/weight and what your max lifts(bench, squat, deadlift, OHP) are? I want a physique like yours and trying to get an idea of what that looks like in numbers

      @@DrJLad I’m 6’2 currently weighing 91kg. Honestly I wouldn’t worry about max lifts they only matter for strength training or powerlifting. I just focus on hypertrophy training/progressive overload and lifting with proper form!
