    What if the casualty has broken ribs, is it still safe to carry out compressions

      I think, in such emergency conditions, rib fr# can be put aside if person is unresponsive and pulselessness..
      N.p : if we delay chest compressions bcz of rib fr#, patient may end up mortury

    Scene assessment. Scene secure. Ensure PPE. Check Responsiveness by AVPU. Call for help. LLF for Respiration presence. Carotid pulse for 5 to 10 second. CAB. Thank you

    Tha ks you for this beautiful representation of BLS .kindly correct me if in wrong I read that if the airways support(bag mask , ett ) is not present( like on roads and marketplace )then the cycles ratio is 30 :2 and if the airways support is there like in Emergency Dept , cycles ratio is 30:2 . Thanks.

    we were taught to count as 1 and 2 and 3 for single numbers to have correct interval to ensure that we let heart to recoil. if there's a change, can you tell the reason sir

    While connecting AED ,should cpr be stopped or continued??
    That is ,while connecting the pads to patients body should we stop cpr ??
    Or should we continue cpr till turning on the AED machine??

      While connecting no need to stop cpr.. Only when aed starts analysing we can stop cpr and listen to advice of aed
