There's around 23 players in the prem, and another 40 in the championship that Jamaica can call up plus an embarrassment of richies on the island, but coaching and finances is the problem, not talent!
The focus has to be on developing homegrown talents. The reality is that 98% of European grown players that play for Africa chose the African sides as a second option. This means that African teams are relying on second tier European talent to compete globally. It is the Salahs, the Manes, the Ndidis, the Osimhens that make all the difference, not necessarily building a strategy on player switching. There is nothing wrong with it, but it should not be overused. It should be used sparingly.
Very right am actually not a fan of this getting second hand players from European nations into our African nations , and limiting the opportunities of our homegrown talents .
