But Ill just put this into perspective...The ONLY Team to win 2 events. 11 round wins in 5 Races (season Champion had 13 round wins in 6 races) Nate and James did a hell of a job all year. Took home a Throne and still hold the small block nitrous record.
Have you ever thought about a second bottle in the car ? We found that when we jetted up with a single bottle the initial flow through the valve cooled the valve so fast we would get a dip like that also . We added a bottle so the same volume was split between two valves and the problem was gone . Just a thought

Jackstand and Tune em all are a scary combo. These guys are gonna do big things. You don't see James in Cleeter's videos much anymore. He was just pouring concrete with him on his house build, but he's not in the back as often. Seeing his "side projects" is extremely entertaining.
He’s a mechanic for cleetus… he’s still there but if they aren’t racing he’s gonna go racing with drtuneemall… that’s the way it’s been going… it just wasn’t apparent because drs channel is growing now and see James over here now and he’s more of the star on this channel than cleetus on his channel…

James is a mechanic and driver. Not a lot of drag racing in the summer in Florida due to heat - race season is just starting. I'd expect to see a lot more of him as they get actually racing again.

I'd like us to remember Bobby J. Burnett (Jan. 16 1968 - Sept. 24 2024). A brother, husband, father, grandfather, friend, and fellow racer. He was currently living and racing out of San Angelo TX. Thank you Bobby for being such a great friend me and my family!! I'll never forget it and always be thankful for your friendship and guidance. I know this is a little late. But this loss was sudden and very heartfelt. Hopefully y'all can understand that.

Your dip, as well as not picking up or at least using more fuel when you jet up, might be from icing/frosting a line over especially if water grains/humidity are high. I’m sure yall know what’s in it for lines/valve and aren’t out flowing the feed so it has to be something else. Spray it with the same ramp with the engine off and check all the lines especially any 90s and the fitting right at the valve.
That is racing. Sometimes you win the ones you were not supposed to and sometimes you bow out early on the ones you should have locked up. I am sure there is something that is just off somewhere that is not a easy up in your face, well that's the problem, thing. It will get found and figured out.
Explain how a nitrous jet can flow less down low? It is a fixed orifice, and the bottle pressure is highest at the hit and progressively drops during the run, ergo the most HP the nitrous kit can add, not including any electronic ramp, is the moment it's turned on.

Seems like you guys are at a disadvantage with the nitrous combo. You have to hit it so hard in the 60 to run fast times . Seems like turbo and pro charger can be soft in the 60 but have the power out back to still run fast .
Buick v6 purpose of putting it in the car was originally supposed to just be a chassis to figure out the engine platform for when the grand national was done but they crashed the grand national right after it got done and they haven’t got it back together and back on track yet
Could there be something shorted or open creating excess current draw that could produce that dip in the curve as well as take that much juice idling (trans brake on I'm assuming)? I'm really sorry you guys lost today. Some days are winners and some days are losers. The losses are what help you win though, can't deny that.

Back in the day. I ran 2 deep cycle batteries in the trunk. There is your weight you wanted and they ain't gonna burn you down !
Nitrous cars need to be as light as possible and radials need forward weight bias so the old school battery in the trunk deal doesn’t work.
