I don't know how other agencies do it but Big Hit specially works on being able to do hard choreo while singing live. In the beginning days of BTS they told us they would run on the treadmill while singing. It helped to show them how they need to breathe while dancing. It gets you to know what your body does when your winded and how you can conserve while not fully relying on the backtrack. So I'd guess TXT was probably trained in a similar way.

The great thing about Tomorrow X Together is they evolve in their dancing style; this was their "style" almost two years ago, their style is much looser now and less based on pure precision and angles and more on their individuality and what each member brings to the total picture. Not that I don't appreciate the incredible difficulty and hard work they put into each chapter and what it took to achieve in their abilities. This choreo is a particular favorite, I'll point out Soobin's hip work for one; for a tall man, he moves his hips pretty well. Yeonjun usually is noticed more as he has a lower center of gravity and great knee bends with his hip work.

while their style is much looser now, they said that SRR is the most difficult to master and synchronize lol. they said that 2 month of practice gave them what feels like 4 days of practice.

It may be Nick Joseph who did the Choreo. He worked with Hybe for a couple of years. I know he worked on the Frost choreo for sure and Frost and No Rules are on the same album.

No Rules was choreograph by Ganmi dance crew Japan. They recently attended txt concert too.
