I have one of these 8 inch Eclipse records (which infact has not many a mention online), but my dumb turntable thinks the end is the dead space and won't let me play the ending. Gonna have to get a new turntable soon if I want to transfer it.
Victor made some 8 inch records in 1924. I have 1. I don't think they sold well. By May 1925 when Victor went to electrical recording, I'm sure the 8 inchers were long gone.
