True true aunty Debbie.life was hard but my grandmother survived.she rear animals and I can remember getting up in the morning and milking the cows and drinking fresh milk.she worked the land and I went to bush with her and came back with yam,mangoes,bananas,you name it.i was eating organic before I knew that term.most people from those old days always have land and own their own property which is passed down from generation to generation.I’m proud o say that I was born in the great parish of St.Thomas at the Princess Margaret Hospital and I grew up in the district of Heartease about 3 miles from Yallahs.i will never be ashamed of that.
