  • In this video will take a look at a pair of 1st Pattern combat suspenders used to support the combat Belt worn by a soldier from west Germany in the Cold War era, post WW2.

    Im glad your doing other countries gear as well. Provides a great resource for new collectors. I wouldn't mind seeing yugoslavian and polish gear covered.

    I have a set of those I think they are really cool and very well made and much better quality than the East German ones from the same time, you sound a bit rough hope you get better soon it can't have been easy making the video.

    Great video on these. Just dug out my pair of these I got years ago. They were incorrectly added to a Swiss salt and pepper ruck with missing leather shoulder straps.
