This is absolutely the best delay I've used for electric guitar. i must say this is one of the best delay plugins i've ever use i just notice when i enable the ping pong mode the sync is a little bit of, is there a discord or something?? thanks a lot for the really good plugin :)
Thank you so much for your kind words! :) You are not wrong, there is a slight drift in the ping pong mode, which is not intentional. This is because, without PiPo, the spread slider adds this drift on purpose and the latency was carried over to the ping pong mode unintentionally. I hope this isn't too distracting and will certainly be fixed in the next update. I really appreciate you letting me know of the issue. Cheers!
is there a way to kill the feedback? by far the best free delay i've ever encountered but i don't know how to kill the feedback and it makes designing sounds a little hard
Unfortunately, there isn't a button for it in the GUI, but the delay lines are cleared when the DAW releases resources for the plugin. Some DAWs do this when you double-click the pause button, but I've noticed not all DAWs behave like this. I developed the plugin testing in FL Studio, which does indeed notify the plugin about the pause double-click. However, after realizing that, for example, Ableton Live does not do this, I've been thinking about adding a small button to clear the delay lines directly from the plugin interface. So that's something I'm planning to add in a future update :)

It's too bad, I have heard good things. Sadly trying to get it to work for a couple hours is not worth my time. Good luck though!
Sorry for the trouble. Unfortunately, Reason 12 still does not support VST3 plugins. They are one of the last DAWs that don't. This is what they said in June: "Having fixed the issues in Reason 12, we are now working full throttle on VST3 support. Our VST3 hosting can already load and play instruments and effects, but many refinements are left, and we are expecting it to reach your hands end of year."
There are some server side issues at the moment due to high traffic. I'm really sorry about that. Currently doing my best to get it fixed as soon as possible. If you want, you can shoot me an email and I'll send you a direct link to the installers.
⚠️I found a bad problem in updating your plugin. Changing the author name of the plug-in for the new version and deleting the old plug-in download link with the old author name on it is a bad mistake. 2 months ago, I downloaded the Integraudio version of Deelay on my old laptop. I was using Ableton Live 11 Lite. Weeks after it's hdd malfunctioned a bit and can only be use in safe mode. A month after I got a new laptop, installed Live 11 Lite again and download and installed the Sixth Sample version of Deelay, I opened my old project with Deelay on it and this appeared: Failed to load the VST3 plug-in "Deelay" The VST3 plug-in could not be found. Now I can't download the old Deelay with the Integraudio author name with it. Solution: Return the old Deelay VST3 version download link with the Integraudio author name in it.
This is actually expected behaviour since I had to change the plugin for version 1.0.3 in a way that made it uncompatible with earlier versions. I'm really sorry for the inconvenience. I explain this in more detail in the changelog section of the product page. Shoot me an email if you have trouble getting the new version to work. I'd be happy to help you out. :)
@@ralemusicofficial The recommended operating system is Windows 8.1 or later. It should though, in theory, work on Windows 7 as well. As for the DAW, Ableton has supported the VST3 format since 10.1, which would be the minimum version required to be able to run the plugin.

@@mrd5178 Many plugins still come as both, VST2 (.dll) and VST3 (.vst3) versions. Unfortunately, all of my plugins at the moment come as VST3 and AU versions only. As a relatively new developer, I am not able to build VST2 plugins anymore. This is because Steinberg made the developer kit for the format unavailable a few years ago. I can't download the plugin, it says "Your e-mail failed to send, please try again". I have tried 2 different e-mails.
A month after I got a new laptop, installed Live 11 Lite again and download and installed the Sixth Sample version of Deelay, I opened my old project with Deelay on it and this appeared:
Failed to load the VST3 plug-in "Deelay"
The VST3 plug-in could not be found.
I downloaded the VST and I installed it. But doesnt appear in my Daw. Do u know what would be happening?
What version of which DAW are you using?
@@sixthsample Well, I have windows 7 version, and Im using Ableton Live 10. Though I dunno if that's the problem.
@@ralemusicofficial The recommended operating system is Windows 8.1 or later. It should though, in theory, work on Windows 7 as well. As for the DAW, Ableton has supported the VST3 format since 10.1, which would be the minimum version required to be able to run the plugin.
Sadly it isn't showing up in FL Studio😕, would have loved to use it.
May I ask which FL Studio version are you using? Deelay should be compatible with all versions that have VST3 or AU support.
@@sixthsample Thanks for replying so fast. I'm using version 20.9.2 and I'm already using other VST3 plugins. Could it be that it's not working because I changed the download location for Deelay?
@@leaval1178 Have you made sure the folder you moved Deelay to is included in the plugin scan?
@@sixthsample yes
@@leaval1178 Here is a pretty good video on what to do when a plugin is not showing up: ruclips.net/video/XjJQtVABTxo/видео.html. I hope this helps. :)
Hey guys, I'm having trouble getting reason 11 to recognise this VST. Anyone else having issues?
Thanks for reaching out. :) Unfortunately, Reason 11 does not support VST3 plugins (as far as I know).
Scrap that last comment, vst3 are incompatible. MB
So VST in general is Steinberg's audio plugin format and VST3 is just the latest iteration of it.
On their website, Reason Studios state that they are "working full throttle on VST3 support". This gives me hope that you are able to use the plugin pretty soon. :)
is it m1 native?
Yes it is. :)
It Installed in an unknown Folder 📂 itself without asking. I can't find the plugin in the the folders to scan and use.
I truly appreciate your work
And love that it is free
But can you give an update
which gives the user the option to choose the Folder in which it's installed.
Thanks for reaching out! The installer automatically installs the plugin in the most commonly used locations for audio plugins. Below are the folders you can find Deelay from. Feel free to move it to your preferred location.
VST3 (64bit Windows): C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3
VST3 (32bit Windows): C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\VST3
VST3 (macOS): /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST3
AU (macOS): /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components
If you still have some issues with the installation don't hesitate to contact me personally at aapo@sixthsample.com. I'd be happy to help. I really hope you like the plugin! :)
@@sixthsample Thanks brother
it doesnt show up in my ableton plugin list even though i put in in my folder...
Hi Jarne. May I know what operating system and Ableton version you are using?
@@sixthsample yes! Windows 10 and ableton 10. I dragged the vst3 file to my plugins folder and rescanned it but it just isn't showing up.
@@JarneBaugnee Ableton only started to support VST3 plugins in 10.1. Could you confirm that you have an equal or later version?
@@sixthsample 10.1.9
@@JarneBaugnee Thank you for the confirmation. I would first make sure that you have run the 64-bit installer instead of the 32-bit one (that is if your system is 64-bit). If you have run the appropriate installer, I would go through the steps here: help.ableton.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000349184-VST-AU-plug-in-doesn-t-appear-in-Live-s-Browser
There are many things that can cause the plugin not to show up in the DAW, which is why it is hard to know the exact cause right away. I would be happy to help you out further if you need me to. You can also contact me at aapo@sixthsample.com. Cheers!
when i run i through virus total, it detects a virus. I downloaded it from the website linked in the description
This is fortunately a false positive. I have contacted the companies that have flagged it and they should remove the detections soon. You can contact me at aapo@sixthsample.com if you want me to send you the VST3 (or AU) file directly.
Mine also says its a virus
🖤
The plug-in doesn’t show up in ableton
Does your Ableton version support VST3 (10.1 and later)?
God Bless
Why does it work for you and not for me?
Hit me up via email and maybe I can help :)
Awesome
