can I bake this recipe on mini pans and not cut into bars or squares?

I baked the foods for the gods on mini pans but the middle sunk and was thinner than the side. Could you give me an advise on what I should do, so this is not repeated.
According to experts, there are some common reasons why cakes sink in the middle... e.g. incorrect oven temp., underbaking, too much baking powder or baking soda, incorrect measurement of ingredients, opening the oven door too early, overbeating the batter in the last stage, cooling the cake too quickly, batter sitting too long before baking, incorrect pan size, etc. I hope it helps. Chef i can use raw wallnut or i really need to roast
I haven't tried the unroasted walnut for the recipe. BUT, the pastry tastes delicious with the roasted one.
