- Callaghan is approached by a former informant, Carmen Fitzgerald, who claims she has information in relation to the murder of her best friend, Lyndsey Mackie, who disappeared on New Year's Eve. She claims that Lyndsey was murdered by her pimp, but has no information as to the whereabouts of the body. Cally and De Pauli interview the girl's father (Del Henney), who still holds out hope that his daughter is alive.
Tensions run high in this gritty police drama set in the heart of Liverpool's underworld.

I concur with your comments, I too very much enjoy this British TV drama series. After spending several years in Europe as a Soldier. I was stationed in England, but always did enjoy tv series I found online. Although while living in Belgium as a Federal Employee there was the BBC, which broadcast a lot British TV programs. FYI.... I too am from the Great Lakes state / the mitten. lol.... I now live and work in the Northern Virginia area as a Federal Employee.

Basil: "May I ask what you were expecting to see out of a Torquay hotel bedroom window? Sydney Opera House, perhaps? the Hanging Gardens of Babylon? Herds of wildebeest sweeping majestically past?..."
Mrs Richards: "Don't be silly! I expect to be able to see the sea!"
Basil: "You can see the sea, it's over there between the land and the sky."
Mrs Richards: "I'm not satisfied. But I shall stay. But I expect a reduction."
Basil: "Why?! Because Krakatoa's not erupting at the moment ?"
