    Unlike à la secondes or fouettés where the emphasis is on the relevé, in Spotters, the rhythm emphasizes the plié downward.

    😵‍💫 I get soo dizzy when I practice, even with spotting. Getting old stinks

      The only way to solve the problem though is to keep spinning. Spinning helps correct the vestibular. Keep doing it even if you feel nauseated but stop before you do of course 😂 if you're able to do 2-3 times a day for 16 weeks it should go away.
