Or you:
- Add a 'rectangle' shape and change the 'corner radius' field on top before you draw it
- Then use the magic wand tool to select the outside of the rounded-off rectangle
- Select the layer you want to have rounded off (while keeping the selection active)
- Hit 'delete'
- Now remove the rectangular (helper) layer
Perhaps this is a new addition to Photopea. Hope this helps.
