The animal variant pack should be a vanilla thing to be honest.
Im a real fan of mob variants.
Not much, just for example have pigs that spawn in the jungle be dark in colour and having small tusks.
Just the cat treatment. Different coloured animals that spawn depending on biome, but are all still breedable with each other.

Honestly the no help for potion recipes is great. On my multiplayer server with friends I made a book that had all potion recipes and I always hid it from my friends. I've then made a lot of these books and sold them for diamonds to them. book was detailed with tutorial on how to make potions, potion recipes and stuff

Terrr's Animal Redone mod is actually cool, the thing I love on it is different variants same as Minecraft Earth mechanism. Plus, it also makes Minecraft look different...

Some of these look nice but they have to add mod texture support for them to be useful that is what is really missing in Minecraft texture packs today. We need more modded texture packs for above 1.12.

the only problem with terr's hostile pack that the boots and leggings are invisible thats sad, if there wasn't that problem that was prob the best pack ever

I really wish MC YT would realize that it annoying as all hell to watch a video to find out they are Java only and not bedrock, or at least point out which are available to which when doing a mixed texture pack video... pointing at you as one @Pwrdown

There isn't a big modding, data pack, or texture creating community for bedrock anymore. Because Mojang has put the high majority of it behind a pay wall...
I'd just get Java. It will be more cost effective in the long run.
