    Ingredients:
    For Pulao:
    2 cups Basmati Rice (Soaked for 30 mins)
    3 tbsp Oil
    2 tbsp Ghee
    2 Marati Mogga
    6-7 Cloves
    2 inch Cinnamon
    1/2 tbsp Shahi Jeera
    4-5 Cardamoms
    1/2 Bay Leaf
    1 Onion slices
    2 slit Green Chilies
    1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
    1/2 cup Baby Corn
    1 cup Mushroom slices
    1/4 tsp Turmeric
    Salt
    1 tsp Roasted Cumin powder
    1 tsp Chilli Powder
    1/2 tsp Garam masala
    1 tsp Roasted Coriander powder
    2 Tomato slices
    1/4 cup Curd
    3 tbsp Mint leaves
    3 tbsp Coriander leaves
    1/4 cup Frozen Peas
    3 cups Hot Water
    For Tomato Soup:
    1 tbsp Butter
    1/2 Bay leaf
    10 Garlic pods
    1 tbsp Ghee
    1/2 tsp Black pepper
    1 tbsp Maida
    1/2 cup Carrot choppings
    5 Tomato choppings
    Salt to the taste
    1/2 tsp Sugar
    1/2 Onion choppings
    1 cup Water
    Sieve the Tomato Pulp
    Add 1/2 cup Water
    Boil for 2-3 mins
    Adjust Salt accordingly
    1/8 tsp Black Pepper
    For Bread Halwa:
    3 tbsp Ghee
    Milk Bread slices
    Ghee
    750 ml Milk
    400 ml Water
    1-1.1/2 cups Sugar
    4 crushed cardamom
    1 tbsp saffron
    Raisins & Cashews
    For Chilled Raita:
    1.5 cups Chilled Curd
    Whisk well until smooth
    add Coriander
    1 Green Chili choppings
    Salt
    1/8 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
    Whisk well
    Refrigerate until served
    For Kesar Pista Lassi:
    4 tbsp Soaked Pista
    1 tbsp Saffron soaked Water
    1/2 cup- 3/4 cup Sugar
    1/2 Litre Curd
    Blend on High speed
