Welcome to my neighborhood. Thank you for explaining this, because when I tell folks I live in the heart of D.C. no one understands what I'm saying. Being born and raised here I try my best to explain. Now I'll show them this video.
I loved the first house! I’m not crazy about sharing a wall with the neighbors, but if I had no other choice this would be perfect. The birds nest a the top would be perfect for relaxing during sunset.
Hey brother love your content. I just had one request if possible when you give a description of the location of these neighborhoods could provide a graphic or picture of the boundaries? Thank you sir.
Bloomingdale boundaries are: Florida Ave to the south between No. Capitol ST NW to the east and 3rd ST NW (south of Rhode Island Ave) to the west; north of Rhode Island Ave NW the western boundary is 2nd ST NW. Northern boundary is Michigan Ave, NW, to include McMillian Park
Correction for you. As you stood on NCap St, you said if you’re going toward the Capitol, you’re going North. Incorrect, you’d be heading South. The Capitol is the center of the city, and what you said was East is actually West.
He should also learn how to read the specs right for would be homebuyers. I began checking him out for a couple of reasons, but I'd find another agent than him.
That first home was incredible!
sure was 🙂
Property #1 is absolutely beautiful! This one is well worth the $1 Million price tag! You get a lot for the dollars.
Property #2 was nice as well.
@@Caramel50 yes. Very nice homes!

If I had 1.8 mill to buy the first house, I'm definitely buying the connected unit next door too.
