Eh they didn't really gimp her. Her effective attack stat is the same as her lancer version. She loses her ST ability but gains the ability to stack crit buffs and has two anti traits now. For sure her original form is more unique and more applications, but this isn't really bad at all, its actually very good.

yes, NP 4 is enough just for 120, but for all appends + 120, you need NP6 with bond 15
Even at NP2 you can 120 a servant but it needs bond 12
