I just came across your channel and subscribed. You should have shown how to do this from the beginning. From removing the display to opening it to cutting the transistor then soldering the connections.... and so on. It would help MANY MORE people. I also saw your larger box install. It would be great to install a break/tail light right on the box as well as turn signals right to the box! I'll keep up with your channel....

That's called a hall sensor. Green is signial wire red + and black is ground.

Good tutorial! How do you like the thumb throttle compared to the original? Is it smooth with progression, or is the throttle cheap and instant on this one?

@kim Mossige I do like the thumb throttle it is pretty cheap when you’re in turbo mode in start off it can be pretty Jyothi if you don’t have a steady thumb. I like the Thumb throttle much better.

The power delivery on that ey3 is so abrupt. The front tire spins whenever you start. The ultra you could fix this by having the front motor off when you start, but on the Storm they removed this altogether. Does this modification allow for smoother accelerations from stop, so that the tire on the front doesn't spin?

@Fuzzy Ip it does help, the ey3 is not the problem it is the mini motor controllers. The thumb throttle makes it easier to Eze in to acceleration. You can turn Dow the torque though in your p setting for a smoother start. Thanks
