It's Blue's Birthday. Steve and Blue are playing Blue's Clues.
In this game episode, Steve tries to figure out what does Blue want to do at the party.

Up here are the games we’ll be playing while we look for Blue’s hints! You can make them easier or harder. As usual, you’ll need three clues to figure out the problem! Below is how you rank yourself. You can even reset a game, whenever you wanna start over. Just click the arrow for a quick exit!

You missed a cutscene where you click on the Thinking Chair before you've found all of the clues and Steve catches on that you're messing with him. The more you click, the faster he catches on. I guess he's not as dimwitted as we thought.

Press the “a” button on your keyboard to access the difficulty of the game components. If you press the “s” button, you can play the mini-games from the red or yellow discs.
