Got very drunk today for the first time in 17 years of living. Not as fun as people make it seem,as I threw up a lot all over myself. I kept drifting in and out of consciousness on my bathroom floor. I lost total control of my body. Starting to sober up for the first time in hours and this song goes well. Definitely one of my favorite songs if not my favorite.
Update 9 months later: Hello again. Months later, I'm 18, and I haven't taken a sip of alcohol since I wrote the first part of this comment. :) Today I smoked pot for the first time and I knew I had to come back to this song. My Dad bought a tackle box at a yard sale and it had some old weed in it that my Mom ended up finding. My Mom is a very responsible woman, so having her ask if I wanted to smoke "the good old original shit" with her was pretty funny. She said beforehand is might not be very good if it's too old,but after a few hits she said it was pretty strong. I kept holding my breath to try and get high,but it was doing nothing for me for about 20 minutes. When it finally hit it wasn't what I was expecting. Alchol had more of an affect than I thought it would and this old pot was having less of an affect. Perhaps a stronger strain or a gummy would've been more fun? Idk. What was the worst was the mistake I made of breathing the smoke in too fast while lighting it. I ended up burning the entire inside of my throat. There is nothing like feeling you lungs get the same feeling your fingers get after touching a hot stove while "Magic man" by HEART plays in the background. It was pretty cool smoking with my Mom, because who gets to do that? Especially their first time? My favorite part of all of this to me is the fact I have done what hundreds of humans have done. For some reason a ton of people decided it was cool and fun to smoke this silly little plant to get all giggly and laugh. Anyways, thanks for reading my random ass rant about drugs. Here is my unrequested rating of the drugs I've done so far. It's kinda for my future self to look back at and laugh. I don't plan on doing anything else,or any more of what I've done, but who knows at this point.
