Honestly i feel like it's a 50/50 on whether she learned about human trafficking from a tv show or if she did from reading loyd's mind while he's prepping for his missions lmao
So he's a professional informant, has enough connections that he can get intel within a short period of time, he works with spies and aint afraid of them, he can build advanced tech and finally he's friends with THE Twilight of WISE. The ladies are really missing out on this fella if only they knew his full capabilities. Oh and he's probably loaded with cash too considering how often the spy agency uses his services but hes not showing it.
I love the words they chose for Anya's dialogue it's very direct and to the point. There isnt like the softness of the grammar used in modern times that would be more of "I dont have a mother" or "i dont have one" it's literally "my mother doesnt exist" which makes her more child like and extra hilarious
Interesting that some parts of the subs do manage to bring in the gap(moe) some Japanese comments say foreign viewers are missing out on since a lot of Anya's speech patterns is very peculiar for a kid her age which doesn't often perfectly translate well into subtitles. Tbh imo, this could be delivered by having subtitles of her be like the stereotypical British butler speech patterns but I feel like it would throw a lot of people off. Like her 0:35 "...She measured Anya's height just now." But what she said if translated directly was more of "Anya's height has been confirmed" or "Anya's height has been found" if translated word for word but that would certainly take away the child in her dialogue or be sort of stiff. Anya's speech pattern really coincides with one of her personality traits being that she like spy shows giving way to learning advanced words for her age. But hey, one thing is for sure, Anya's cuteness certainly breaches all language barriers.

Anya would then say “thank you for protecting me big brother!” Then he would reply back saying “you’re my little sister Anya of course your big brother will be there to protect you” It just sounds adorable in my head.
