Real question here, what about antibiotic resistance?

+pgmlivegameur what do you mean? Could you give more detail what do you want to know? Resistance doesn't apply to malaria or HIV because antibiotics fights bacteria, not viruses :P If you are using antibiotics, you are already infected. If people will get vaccined, if they will have access to clean water, soap etc. then they have smaller chance to get infected and mutations become more rare, because less infected people=less "place" for mutations. One of Bill and Melinda Foundation projects is about water reuse, and more clean water=less sick people=less mutations and less people who infects=lesser and lesser sick people... :) Sorry about my English. I'm trying my best but in this case it's just horrible.
Thanks Bill and Melinda, you are awesome couple :) If all foundations would help world like you, we would wipe diseases at the end of this month ;)
